What will happened in next few years? are you seeing any positive result in near future. Both side governments have been discussing this for a long long time but 0 result. As far as Kashmiri people concerned, I heared that they don't want to be a part of India and even don't want to be a part of Pakistan also. What you people think about this matter?

Hi Lovebirds, of course we see a lot of positive results with regard to Kashmir since it has always been a part of India and if Pakistan trained terrorists are destroyed , which will happen ,the place will be like before. What is being discussed has nothing to do with where it belongs since everything there has always been India owned so the issue is clear. As for Kashmiri people, they have never wanted to break away except the few terrorist organisations, so that too in time will be taken care of and I am sure we will hopefully be able to get the whole pakistan together as one like it always has been...

I pray that whatever Kashmiri people want, they get. I don't know why these terrorist organisations want to kashmir, India and Pakistan. As a Pakistani, I really don't want that kashmir will become Pakistan's part, I just want that whereever they live, peacefully. I am damn sure that you people of India think same for Kashmir, if I'm not wrong!!

Of course peace is most important. As for Kashmir, India has no issues at all since Kashmir is in India and it belongs to India.Just because a few terrorists create tension there ,doesnt mean any change in this stand...

Kashmir and kashmiri both are integral and important parts of INDIA and will remain. Kasmiri people don't want to break with India, because they know they cant live free and no other better option than INDIA.

When the British left India, they placed three options to the local Indian kings who ruled their territories under the British. The three options were either to join Indian or to join Pakistan or to be independent. Hari Singh, the then king of Kashmir, opted for the last option of being independent. But soon Pakistan intruded into Kashmir under the leadership of Ayub Khan who was then the Chief-in-commander of army in Pakistan and later on captured power of that country by a military coup to become its President. Hari Singh pleaded for military help to our Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru. Jawaharlal Nehru refused to comply with this request as India might also be accused of the same blame of intruder by other countries of world. So he requested Hari Singh to join India so that India can come forward with her military force free the country from foreign intruders. Hari Singh having no other alternative had to give his consent to this proposal of Nehru but with some conditions that after the war was over, there would be a people's vote to judge their opinion in this respect and he would act according to the verdict of the people, either to be independent or to join India or Pakistan and during this period, Kashmir would some extra-facilities from the government of India. Indian forces entered Kashmir to free it from the Pakistani intruders. There was international pressure over Nehru to withdraw his forces but he did not bow down to any such pressure. When two-thirds of Kashmir was recaptured, he stopped the war but did not withdraw the forces from the recaptured land of Kashmir. Thus since then two-thirds of Kashmir are in the control of India and remaining one-third in the control of Pakistan. The people of Kashmir are thus citizens of two separate countries and they know it well that they would never be able to maintain an independent existence. So under such conditions, it would be better for them if the two fighting nations solve the problem by bilateral discussions and settle the dispute over Kashmir in a peaceful manner so that the Kashmiris no longer become a victim of their military power over the possession of that territory.
