What vitamins do you take everyday?

With the ever busy schedules we have right now, part time jobs here and there, how do you keep yourself healthy and strong? Do you take any vitamins or supplements? Well, i, take vitamin c everyday. Sometimes, if budget permits, I also take some multivitamins, even the ever expensive vitamin E. How about you guys? Mind sharing us what your vitamins are?

daily I take: kelp, folic acid, vit D3 plus some other vitamins/minerals. I am not able to take this out of the food so I need to take them about 6 times a day. The meds I have to take are the cause of this.

i always take for Vitamin E. Because I heard that it helps a lot to prevent cancer, heart diseases, strokes and cataracts. I also believe that it's a very good antioxidant that also helps my skin to look younger and fairer. It also protects are lung cells.

I take a good multi-vitamin, Vitamin D3 and my anti-depressant each and every day. The multi-vitamin has the E, and C in it. I do think that everyone should take a multi-vitamin because we just aren't getting all the vitamins we really need on a daily basis. Helps us in the long run.

It may seem childish but I still take some of the kid vitamins if that counts! I either have those vitamin gummy bears or the Flinstone vitamins. They are actually bought for my little brother but I have one of either each morning :p. I'm not sure if they benefit anyone that isn't a kid but at least they taste good!

I only take Vitamin C everyday to help increase my resistance against viruses and infections. I mean even a simple colds can really down me for a couple of days. I have tried to take vitamin E but like you said, it is kind of expensive and I cannot sustain it.
