how to safely lose weight? Help :-)

Oh my.. I already lessen my rice intake and I was able to lose 2 kgs in a week. I can't do some body exercise as I have an asthma. What else can I do? I still need to lose 8 kgs more. Please share your secrets about how to lose weight safely:-) Thanks much.

Good to hear you lessened your rice intake. If you cut down on your meals, that will help, but do not stop eating. That is the worse thing you can do. You can try to add many more vegetables, less meat, less potatoes or starch, and add more salad too. Cut out deserts or sweet things, or at least cut back to just a teeeeeny piece. Can you walk or can you walk in the water, not swim, but just walk? Walking is good for you and so is walking through water which shouldn't bother your asthma I don't think. If you can just keep active, even if it's slow walking, you will help to lose weight but you don't want to do this too fast. You can try drinking a glass of water before you eat too, but don't go to extremes, as you DO NEED to eat. It's just to help you feel more full before you eat.

aww same here!:]must lose weight too..Walking is fine..Just that, security isn't well enough here at Cotabato City.. Snatchers and holdapers are everywhere! THey are just too fast :/ Believe it.. THey don't even choose time.. Early in the morning, noon time, late afternoon but especially night time.. So if it's like that, then I rather stay at home at least safe :/ LOL..i would lessen rice intake too.. and would love veggies & fruits xD goodluck to us!:)

Eating, well and exercising regularly will help you lose weight. You don't have to run,..try stretches, aerobic exercises, even swimming. Swimming especially is a good sport as it is low impact, and will help your lung capacity and your overall asthma.

I have also trying to lose weight.I do not have time to exercise but a friend told me to just walk when going out and not to ride taxi or any vehicles and she is not using the elevator and escalator.She was fat before but when she did that everyday,she was so slim and so sexy.I hope that helps.I know you have an asthma and lessening your rice intake is good but you should always try to eat.My mom does not eat rice anymore and it works for her but she is just eating lots of vegetables.

the easiest way to loose weight and stay healthy in my opinion,.. is to eat lot of fruits and drink a lot of fluids(water,or fruit juices) before every meal, this way you can prevent overeating on fatty foods that is being serve during mealtime, hope this will help you,...
