Just Coffee or Light or Heavy Meal for Breakfast, Your Habit?

Is that a habit? Yeah some people want to drink a hot cut of coffee before going to work without eating rice or a so called "light or heavy" meals... with the company of some hot cheese bread.
Before, am not really comfortable without my favorite rice, viand, and coffee, but now I want to being use to just drinking a cup of coffee and some slice of cheese bread.
How about you there? And why? Or are you both?

with my current work right now, we consider evening as our normal life. i hope you understand what i am saying. i worked in a typical call center here in our country. most of the time i wasn't able to take a dinner(phil time) or breakfast(american time) because i always woke up late because i also sleep late.
. but if there's still time, i buy a piece of sandwhich to my officemate and prefer a hot milo I'm already happy with that that is why i am so thin. I ate heavy meal during our lunch time.then if there is still a time, i go to sleep like in 30 minutes time.

Hello there my friend, now I realized why you have such a big increase in your salary, anyway I am used to hear about stories of call center agents, my uncle and aunt were agents in Cebu before but they decided to resigned and work at odesk and some free lance work online here in Davao City - they said it's really stressing, you miss the normal life, am right?

Honestly, I am not satisfied with the increase that i got, it is not really that big.I, myself would like to go out in the call center industry and just focus to work as a businessman,at least on that kind of business, I am a the boss, i get hold of my time.i can go anywhere else if I want to. i hope that i would have enough money to establish my own business.

Generally during the week when my schedule is more hectic, I grab a cup of coffee, and I am out the door. I have kids to juggle and everything. On my weekend I have the chance to cook a big meal once in a while. But without a doubt, Coffee and creamer are at the top of my list every day.

Thanks for sharing that, am still trying to manage my meal habit right now, since I decided to make all the cooking on my own, not paying for someone to do that anymore, I want to cut off my budget a little by just enjoying a hot cup of coffee and some bread every morning, I also choose that because most of the times I ran out of time cooking some meals...

I don't eat or drink anything in the morning. It takes about 3 hours to get hungry enough to eat a regular sized meal.

When I was working I would usually have a cup of coffee on the way or stop for a latte. Then at work I might get myself one of the breakfast burritos they had for sale in the kitchen. They were so good with sour cream and I could eat half for breakfast and then eat the other for lunch. Now that I am retired I have cereal most morning, maybe coffee or juice to get the system running. Occasionally my daughter and I go out for breakfast and enjoy that. If I could have a nice breakfast everyday I certainly would enjoy it and I think I would do better with my lifestyle type diet on a daily basis.

I have to begin breakfast with a mug of coffe with a bit of milk and no sugar. Then an hour later, I drink another cup of coffee with some bread and whatever I have in and. IN my country we don´t eat rice at breakfast.

Well I always have heavy breakfast with a cup of coffee everyday cause it is the important meal of the day for me.If I can't eat heavy meal during breakfast and just eat bread with coffee,I make sure that I will eat breakfast again in the office once I arrived.
