People who email requests too late.

Someone emailed a request to find out about Pow Wows in our area. The last one that I know about was last month in September. That's a question you ask in early spring, not now. You really want me to tell you about all the pow wows you missed? That will just make you feel bad. When you type pow wow calendar or pow wow schedule, you get many pow wows for many Native Americans. But if you want the ones for our area, you have to type Akwesasne Pow Wow, Kahnawake Pow Wow, and Abenaki Pow Wow. That will give you one in Northwestern NY, one close to us in Canada, and one in Vermont but that last one could be in other places, too. So I told her how to research it. Then I reserched it to make sure that would work and it did. I was surprised about the youtube clips that came up. They were short, but I think were enough to interest someone in going. So have you ever had someone who requested information too late? Have you ever been to a Pow Wow? I went to a boy scout version of one and Kahnawake in Canada one. But I didn't get to stay. The person I went with had to get back and feed her husband. So I drove there and back longer than I was there. We were there like 3/4 of an hour and it took forever to get there and to get back. Then people wonder why I like going places by myself. About 2 hours to get there and that to get back mostly because of traffic and with going to the bathroom and getting something to drink we saw about as much as you can on a youtube few minutes. Geesh.Her husband is a big boy, he could have opened a can. Are there people you don't like going places with?
