Rachel Bilson on "Live with Kelly and Michael"

Rachel Bilson, "Hart of Dixie" star, was on "Live with Kelly and Michael" today, 10/01/12. It turned out that both Rachel and Michael are fans of "Dirty Dancing" and it was decided that Michael would do a lift of Rachel over his head. Well this turned out to be a complete fiasco. Rachel is 5' 2" tall and weighs 97 lbs(44 kg). Michael Strahan is 6' 5" and weighs 255 lbs, down from his pro football playing weight of 275 lbs. He did not even come close to getting the very petite Rachel over his head. I thought Kelly was going to fall off her stool laughing. I'm about 5' 8" and about 180 lbs and 27 years older than Michael and I think I could have done a better job at lifting her over my head and I'm sure he is probably fitter than me. It was totally absurd. I was almost afraid he was going to drop her at one point. He should be completely embarrassed.
