I was so anxious because I`m leaving to the beach with my husband in 30 minutes, the first time alone, in 15 years, since our honeymoon. And the xbox console of our kids broke this morning!!! OMG! Leaving children alone with my mommy without xbox console? Children were yelling around, complainning at me. The console is on the guarantee time. This 29 oct will be a year when we bought it. I don´t know where the damp ticket is. We phoned microsoft, and what a great customer service... thousand blessings to them, because they made my day!!! They talked by phone with my children. And children are going to have their console fixed, or exchanged by a new one! Without presenting the costco ticket, and without expending cash for the freight. Here in my country is a great service, because almost no one gives this service. They made me feel like an angel , and helped me to prevent a family inconvinient. They solve me this family problem. I can make my bag with total peace, I´m leaving now. Have you ever received some service that helped you arrange a family problem?
