Chelsea still lead the standing..Chelsea beat Norwich city 4-1..

hello, yes my friend chelsea has started this season with a bang. they are at the top and would like to maintain their position for the rest of the season as well. they have performed really well in the ongoing season and deserve to be on the top. with their latest win on norwich city they are telling the other teams that they should look out for chelsea this year as they will be a strong contender this year for the champions spot. they are the defending champion's league champion and they would very much like to defend their title. lets hope for the best. they have the potential.

It was a good Chelsea performance but hardly unexpected-after all, even Liverpool put 5 past the hapless Canaries last week! Mata is becoming Chelsea's standout player, although it looked as though Hazard would be the star in the first few games-such competition is healthy. It is a good job that there goals seem to come from all over the pitch: Ivanovich and Cahill have already notched up enough goalsthat any striker would be proud of at this stage. The midfield is also full of goals in Hazard, Lampard and Mata, while the boy Torres is doing ok up front. My only concern about the Blues however is that they are too light in attack They have not replaced Drogba yet and if they don't buy another frontman they might struggle as the season progresses.Sturridge is ok but they need more back up. They can't rely on players in other positions to keep scoring week in,week out. I still expect the two Manchester teams to catch them up but so far so good.

Yes, off field issues with Terry and Cole were put to rest on the field. When Norwich took the lead it seemed that Chelsea might be in for a troubled afternoon. But as has been their form this season, Chelsea immediately took control after this goal and the goals came. Again Mata put in a dominating performance. Chelsea are beginning to put the points on the table and have opened up a decent lead at the top of the table. Cheers! Ram

A solid performance from Chelsea on the back of another great victory in the Champions League. They have started the season off with a bang but wonder if injuries etc will catch up and slow them down as it is still very early on and too early to tell who will be the winners in the end. All I can say is watch out as the Blues are coming out strong.
