Rooney is the special gift for MU...
Many MU fans ask when Sir Alex ferguson buy Kagawa and RVP...many question, where is the role of Wayne rooney??
Why?? because kagawa and Van Persie before moving to MU have a quality ...Shinji Kagawa with his "false 9" ability, Van Persie with the terrific finishing touch...
and it take the role of Wayne Rooney...
But you can see that Wayne Rooney is the special gift for MU when MU against Newcastle United..
with the scheme 4-2-3-1, Rooney have a double role..Become the "false 9" and advanaced playmaker..What about kagawa role?? Kagawa become inside forward from left side..and RVP still become the finisher...
and the result is MU win 3-0 against Newcastle United..
Why Sir alex Ferguson use the new tactics??
because he want to use 3 of his forward in the same time, Kagawa, Van Persie and Rooney..
In his current scheme, rooney is more dangerous..He have free role by Sir alex ferguson scheme..
Ronaldo can move away from MU, tevez change his jersey with City, but it`s hard for Sir Alex Ferguson for kicking away Rooney from Old Traford..

Honestly to say that i don't like Manchester United but
I like rooney played well and good player of MU. Every Manchester fan
should proud to have a ultimate player like his.
The most impressed by rooney is made a second goal MU vs MC and award a goal
of the season last time. Wow, really freeze.

I think Van Persie is a great finisher and great striker. But Rooney is a good striker and great linkup player. He is also an aggressive leader on the pitch, so for the Man United style of play he is a great leader there. So I agree that Rooney is a gift for Man U.

yeah..Rooney is like Gerard..
they can play even it`s weird position for them
i still remember when gerard becomes the right full back in final champions league against Milan (but i forgot when the champions league) and gerard plays good for helping his team and bring the tittle of champions league..

Rooney has talent without a doubt. However, he has a suspected temperment and is capable on imploding. But he seems to have curb that in recent and it is good for both club and country. The funny thing is that none of Rooney, RvP or Kagawa is an out-and-out striker, more like a traditional number 10 even thou the former 2 had impressive strike rate.

I think Fergie is a wily old charachter and he knows exactly what he is doing. He has gone on record saying tha Rooney is 'dispensable' but I think this is a bit of kidology. He has simultaneously purred over Van Persie's attributes. I think this is to stir and motivate Rooney into action -and it has worked based on his fantastic performance yesterday against Newcastle. Rooney has so much more to his game than being an out-and -out goalscorer, in fact he is more versatile than Van Persie. The other teams better beware once these two gel as they could be one hell of a partnership. As far Kagawa, I have not been over-impressed by him for Man United. You can see the quality there, but the EPL is faster and tougher than the Bundesliga.I am sure he will settle in well though.

don`t judge like him
i think one of asian legend for MU, Park Ji sung too is hardly adapting with the atmopshere in Old Traford
but we had know that he left MU with a higher honour from his club-mate..
Park Ji Sung get many respect from the player of MU like Ferdinand, Giggs and so on...So for me, Kagawa is impresive.
Yes, rooney is still number one in scheme of Sir Alex
