Whenever i need a Me time... to just pray and rest my mind and body as well. I have found such a wonderful place! =) it is the prayer room in our church, this place is open everydays until 12 midnight. The place is called Soularium and it is located in the top of the church building. The prayer room can contain about 50 people, with couch, chairs, air conditioning, and pillows. you can read the bible, pray and you won't be bothered no matter how long you are there. I have even cried in this place and was there for about 4 hours during my birthday! This place is my place to hybernate. i think when i am nowhere tto be found, people will be able to find me in this place.. especially if they know i am to think, to let out all my emotions, etc. =) Do you have such a place that always lets you feel comfortable, the first place you think of to go to when you are stressed out and you know when you go to the place, you will feel better, and renewed and at peace. Your place of solitude...?

Come to church with us. hahaha. There's only few people in my church since we just started. We only have one worship leader and we also just have one guitar and nother more. Our mike is even borrowed. What I like with us though, we are like a family but growing family. I love singing and worshiping with my church family members. I am thankful that after church I feel refreshed and my mind is renewed. Well, there is one place you can go to as well when you want quietness and a venue for meditation.. it's a prayer mountain. It's really good to visit a prayer mountain. I haven't been to any actually these days, but I would love to do such thing again.

When I feel stressed, I usually go home and lie on bed, maybe I can't fall asleep soon, but lying on bed really makes me feel refreshed.

ah yeah! this is quite true! :D when we feel stressed when we lie on our backs in our bed... it is really very relaxing and you can just be there and be on your own - if you have your own place! haha i am unable to do such because i was not given my own room =( and whenever i am home my mom would always ask me to come out and watch with her, she is just always bugging me and all.

Whenever I feel stress, the first place that I think so is my room. I will usually hide in my room, lay down on my bed and have my well earned sleep. Usually after I good rest, I am feel refresh and all ready to go.

I think it is only in my room as my comfort zone. When I am depressed, I just lay on my bed and do the crying moment if necessary.I prayed?yes, of course. I just spend all my emotions to be burst in my room for after that I am just about to sleep for it is tiring to feel sad.

you are fortunate to have your own room! =( i don't and never had my own room at our house, so that is why i am really just yearning to have my own place elsewhere.

That's great that you have found your own little prayer room for when you need it. I like going to church as well when I'm especially stressed, but of course I can't do that every time. So I find other places which offers me solitude and peace. Like my own room. Other times, I'd go the the little woodsy area behind our house and just commune with nature. it's peaceful.

My hibernate place is my room, I used to lie on bed and think about all the things that made me worried, after that when I wake up, I will feel refresh, and sometimes I also switch on the radio to listen to lite music, it makes me feel energetic back then.
