Today, Tuesday, October 16, returning from my psychologist to review my health after a month. That's right, say after a month because in this period, she had gone on vacation, so I could not in any way make contact with the clinic. What we said, are practically the same thing, I talk about my problems, she gives me a general framework but in the end, this time we're not even come to a plausible solution. All this because I, whenever I am increasingly convinced that, in the end, a radical solution to my problem does not exist. I, however, by all means continue in my fight against this disorder. I will not give up!

Good to hear that you visited your psychiatrist, but how come you doesn't come up with the solution? if the treatment is going on well, the there should be the difference,at least by now, as you mentioned. hope everything will be fine and you get a good result as soon as possible.

Well, I'm sorry my opinion a little inconsistent compared to yours. I see my psychiatrist, which she is taking care of me right from the year 2005. Unfortunately, I must report that improvements in these 7 years of therapy, I have not noticed.

alberello: now we have become close friends. I remember first time I made a comment treating it as an ordinary disease and you said that treatment is a must. have you been prescribed medicines? please take them regularly. Mainly lack of job, recognition at home may be the reason. to some extent you are being recognised by mylot members and that should improve your self esteem. be happy. good day.

Well, and in fact I say luckily there Mylot, which makes me happy to spend hours of my day. What would my life be without otherwise? However, I confirm that the medicines I take regularly with the approval of my doctor. I hope to improve over time. Thank you for your interest! Have a nice day you, too!

I used to see a psychiatrist for 2 years and during that time we talked a lot, but I never really found a solution to my problems and I never really felt that that my situation had improved after two years. I don't know how long you have been seeing your psychiatrist, but if you have been talking to her for a long time without finding the solutions to your problems you might want to consider a different kind of therapy. I am not saying that your psychiatrist isn't good at her job, but her approach to therapy might not be that useful for you. The same kind of therapy doesn't work in every case and sometimes you have to try a different approach.

If you don't mind me asking, why do you have to see a psychiatrist? How long have you been seeing her? and has there been any changes since you started therapy? Whatever your reason for seeking help, for as long as you have that willingness to make change and find a solution to your problem, everything will turn out fine.
