Mature than Age

hello, mylotter, last night I met my ex office mate when I was looking for dinner place in mall. it's our first met after two years. anyway, she is very nice person. she is 23 years old, but people who doesn't know her will guess that she is about 25 or more.she looks very calm and always act and think mature.she is really my favorite friend because in the past she always help me when I need help, doesn't matter she is busy or not. she also can keep a secret ad always give good advice for me and my friend in office. she is very mature person and it make everyone respect her. what do you think about person like her?? do you meet person with same character or find it on you?? are you mature than your age?

No way. I'm a 68 yo juvenile delinquent lol. I am the hippy who never cut his hair off, never went "straight", and who still fights for ideals. I never sold out. Sometimes I wish ..... Ah well, we are what we are.

Several. Hatley is in her 80s, and a wonderful contributor. I can't name any others, I tend not to watch age stats lol.

I look mature than my age not because my behaviour, but because basicly I have big body. some people younger than me called me "mas" ( Indonesian ) which in english means older brother.

Everyone is different from the other.
Some people think mature compared to their age, while there are matured people by age but acts more childish than the others.
I have friends who thinks and acts more mature than their real age and I also like the childish thing in them.

A sense of maturity is learning the facts of life, good or bad, then accepting it, holding to it and try keeping a very open mind. It is more of a careful assessment of what you think or say, being rational and being sincere. Me, i consider my self as immature, lol!

Thanks for sharing about your friend, some look and act older than their real age, at times circumstances in which they live and grown up is responsible for it; in my opinion, person burn in poor family struggle much and this makes them more responsible, more aged lol.

yeah, agree with you. most of people with weight burdened could be more aged because they might be more stressfull. I meet many person that look more aged is serious person and comes from poor family
