Hi my dear friends, a few hours ago I had a very terrible experienced with my mom on our way home and i can still imagine the faces of the passengers of the bus including my mom reactions towards the incident. It makes me cry and i feel restless right now, i need something to do to keep myself busy. So, i am baking chocolate cup cakes to keep myself busy and to surprised my husband and niece tomorrow morning. For sure they will love my chocolate cup cakes because i am planning to put some designs on the top. Have a good night!

Sorry you feel sad, hope you feel better very soon.
Enjoy your cupcakes. I made chocolate and carrot cupcakes earlier in the week, the family loved them and I also got some extra veg into them.
I have a discussion running asking people what they put in there cupcakes.

I love carrot cupcakes but i never try to bake it because i have a friend who always giving me carrot cupcakes which is very delicious but i am hoping i can make my own carrot cup cakes too soon.

Carrot -coconut cup cakes with cream cheese frosting are delicious, a good friend of mine is really good in baking these cup cakes.

That's good belen, that you are fighting a sad emotion. We all should be like that whenever there's something depressing that has happened. We can't stay sad long because if you do, it will affect your well being.
Hmm, so you really can make good cupcakes ha? I am sure your family will like them.

WHen you know that what you cooked is well liked, your tiredness from cooking evaporates.
Seeing them eating with gusto, even without vocally expressing them is enough to tell you that they liked what you cook.

Hi SIMPLYD, at first I doubted the taste of my cup cakes because of what i experienced that night but when my niece ate it and finished 2 cup cakes with a big smile, it makes me feel much better and the cup cakes was really good.

It is good that you are doing something to keep yourself busy, as this means that your mind will not be thinking about the bad things that have happened with you. However, you might find that crying would help for you to put what happened behind you, as the emotion will just build up inside you if you don't. You should find that you're feeling a lot better after a good night of sleep, so there is a possibility that keeping yourself busy really is all that you need to be able to take your mind off things while you recover.

Hi GemmaR, when i finished baking and while putting designs to my cup cakes my tears started to drop because i remembered what i happened. I am glad that my husband calling me very hour to make sure that i am fine and let me cry when he arrived home.

Bhebe, hope you are not feeling too sad by that incident. It is good you find something useful to do like baking cupcakes to relieved your sadness. Chocolate cupcakes are delicious and my child loves it a lot. It had been quite long i didn't bake any cupcake. Maybe i can bake some cupcakes for the coming new year celebration. You are planning to put what type of design on your cupcakes?

HI myfb2009, Baking help me to forget what i've experienced that night. I put different design in my cupcakes, for my niece i put flowers, rainbow, letters,balloons and hello kitty designs on top, for my husband i put some balls, smiley, hearts and stars using icing and some candies.

It's a wise idea to divert and refocus on things after a not-so-good experience. I hope everything is fine with you and to your mother.
Well, cupcakes is also my favorite and I always expect that everytime my wife has a chance to cook for us all in the house.

I do hope it took your mind off your troubles. I like baking too....and only do it when I am in the mood or it doesn't turn out. I like baking when there is a chill in the house....but the best baking I do is when my little granddaughter is here...she loves baking.

Hi jillhill, before i did not cook or bake when i am not in the mood because most of them doesn't turn out good but now it's different even i am not in the mood but when i see my baking pan everything turn bright to me and makes me happy. And I baked for my husband and niece they both love it.

I understand you perfectly well, Bhebelen. When I have any sort of problem or have had a bad experience of any sort, I either do some compulsive cooking or some digging at the garden. It soothes me. I`m sure that your cupcakes will make your family very happy.

I am sorry that you had a terrible experience with your mom. I know whenever I am upset or something bad happens to me I always do things to keep me busy. I bake a lot of things or I will work on my crafts. I have some homework to do tonight so that I can spend Saturday and Sunday working on my Christmas ornaments so I can get them done by November to sell online. I love chocolate cupcakes as well, but I have to make sure I make things that are sugar free because randy is diabetic.

We all experience terrible things or bad things or embarrased things, don't worry so much. It's a good way to forget that , I mean, baking cakes. I like baking things , too. Biscuits, cakes, bread... really interesting. I believe you will give your husband and your niece a surprise, and they will love your chocolate cup cakes. Nice day!

Hi caopaopao, when my husband and niece saw the cup cakes they both get a glass of water and sit right away in the table. They both love and enjoyed it. When i saw them eating all my worries was taken away and i only remembered their smiling face while eating cup cakes.

Hi aghanim2, actually i made 48 cup cakes during that night and took 6 hours after i finished putting different designs in each cup cake.
