Black figures..are they good or bad?

About a month ago I was into praying quite a bit. Getting to know the Words in the Bible and watching a lot of preachers on TV. I did this for a couple of months until I can get my strength back from the many challenges that has happened in my life. Depression of course took it's toll and I had to climb out from the depths of hell..I did. But, I'm not where I want to be yet. As I started getting stronger spiritually, I felt there was two entities in my chest. I don't feel they're bad, I feel that they are giving me strength but, I only see them from the chest up and they're shaped as people..but, they are black. They don't look at me, I only feel them within my chest.
Anyone has a thought of what this could be?

They may be spirits. We used to see clouds of black at the other apartment. Down low to the ground and they would flow through all the rooms. I think they were bad spirits and when we moved we haven't had them since. I am not sure why somehting like this would be within your chest.
