What Ways Do You Choose to Enjoy Music?

During your day, how do you choose to enjoy music? There are so many options.
Growing up music was a huge part of my everyday life. My mother loved music and she instilled that love in me. As a teenager and into my early 20's I played music on a regular basis as a member of the school band, and later in the college band. In those days I played trumpet and French horn. I also learned piano as a child and have loved playing piano every chance I get since then. However, I no longer have access to a real piano, but I do have a partial size keyboard. It's mostly for my grandchildren though because one of the keys no longer works. I also own a guitar, mandolin, and ukulele, although I don't know how to play the mandolin or ukulele yet. The guitar I have to re-learn as it has been many years since I took lessons.
On a normal basis, now I enjoy music via radio, CDs, vinyl record albums, and YouTube. Oh yes and also I have the satellite radio on my cable tv so I can select almost any style of music I want to listen to.

music is a indispensable part of my life now,wherever i go i will take my ipod with me so i can enjoy listening to music whenever i'd love to,but it is a shame that i rarely can play any kind of instrument,when i was a kid i learned to play piano for about two years,but because i find it kind of boring so i quit,i'm so regret now

I agree. I pushed my mom to let me quit piano lessons as a child because I hated the practicing all the time. But now I regret that so much and wish that I had been more interested. I love piano now but I have to struggle a lot to learn new music. I can learn it and have to memorize it somewhat to play it as I learn.

like they always said,it will be never too late to learn,so if you want to restart learning to play the piano,just be quick,hope you can make big progress!!

It's not so much getting to learn more about the piano, it is being able to afford to buy one, or even a full size keyboard, and also having the space where I live to put it.

The main way I enjoy music now is in worship - I love to sing and write words for hymns. It was not always like this, my first love of music was listening to Elvis! I liked and still do like rock 'n'roll. I enjoy Western music, and some traditional folk songs providing the words are cheerful.
But for me the main pleasure is standing in a congregation of like minded souls and lifting my heart in songs of praise and love for my Lord.

Christian music is one of my most favorite genres, especially Southern Gospel and sometimes the contemporary praise and worship music. I've never written music and admire those who can do so.

I love music, and I think that the best thing that you should do is to make sure that you enjoy every type of music that you can. One of the things that I have done is to learn how to play the guitar, because this means that I am able to make my own music and I don't always have to rely on being able to listen to the music that other people have written. This is something that I love to do when I am feeling stressed because it usually makes me feel a little bit better about everything that has been happening during that time.

I really love listening to music,I don't think a day ever goes past when I don't listen to any music.The time I listen to most music is when I'm posting on my lot.I usually listen to it on you tube due to the large number of songs it gives me access to.It doesn't limit me to the small number of songs that I actually listen to.Listening to music whilst I my lot also has the advantage of speeding my typing up so I get to do more posts done.At the moment I'm listening to depeche mode-I just can't get enough.I also listen to a lot of music when I drive my car usually off a memory stick plugged into my car radio,

Music has always played a big part in my life. My whole family loved music.....my mother played the piano as did my grandmother. I sang in the youth choir as a teenager. I enjoy listening to music on CD now although used to be records and cassette tapes(remember those? lol) I enjoy most types of music also from Pop, to country, to classical. Music lifts my spirits when I am down and also brings back many good memories. it is a very important part of my life.

I love listening to music . The choice depends on the situation I am in or my mood at that time. If I am in a fun loving mood, a rock song.If I am sad a slow melody or fast track. If I am peaceful then romantic songs. If I have just argued with my boyfriend, I avoid listening to romantic songs. It all depends on my situation you see. However I love listening to the radio always because they keep updating you and play many new tracks.

You're already learning so many kinds of music instrument,my advice please choose one of them and learning seriously with good teachers.Someday you'll be an expert.If you're learning all kind of instrument you're not focus and maybe confusing.I like to playing guitar and sing with my band last years.now i like playing guitar alone or with my family.That was fun and i really enjoy that.

Life is without music is impossible. Each one of us lies a certain music which has become essential to our life. I listen to music that I love especially those have good beats and not just non sense. I so envy you because you have learned how to play many musical instruments. I don't know how to. Anyway, I just enjoy also music by singing along with it. There are so many ways to enjoy it like you listening it with your loved ones.

Music is the biggest influence of my life. I need it constantly as background sound
when hanging out. I do listen to music really intently paying attention.
