how to add url in stumbleupon

hai friends i am in worry..also in hurry to complete a task. i am doing a task in one site. the task is like this cheetuh.com is giving a website and keyword to add to stumbleupon.com. i logined to stumbleupon. but i am not getting a option how to add a url. can u pls help me if u know it

its better to install the toolbar on your browser and submit the link there once you have opened the site link you want to submit
