MyLot, online sites, good or bad?

I was wondering your opinions out there on online sites. Some people think they are bad because some get 'addicted' and spend far too much time on them.
With MyLot at least you are making some income from it. Plus I like the fact that it is monitored somewhat to control content.
What say you?

I am not addicted to myLot. I just stay here because I have nothing else to do here at home and of course, I want to take away my stress and depression. I have financial problem and so, to survive, well, I just stay here whatever I want

That's great you choose to use MyLot as an escape and a way to share! That's one thing I do love about sites where you can blog. It gives you the opportunity to share your life, good things, not so good things, a place to vent, and a place to not feel lonely.

That is why I can't sleep at night. I stay here for more than hours. Maybe being stress and depress help me to become active here on myLot, wa ha ha :lol:

Yes Mylot can be addicting.. there are some times when there are quite a few discussions that I would like to repond to; and I do not want to miss any of them.. So sometimes I feel like I am in a hurry but really I am not.. I just get so excited.. Ya I do not have much of a social life off line.. O well on here I am making new friends and there is always something new to talk about.. Yes I agree with the monitoring that goes on in Mylot.. Discussions that are not within the rules are gone.. There is no picking and choicing.. The rules are in place and its simple one bad comment; its gone period..

I enjoy it as well. The conversations are great! Plus making new friends as well. And the diverse subject matter is pretty cool too!

It is only a problem if it interferes with you doing things you need to do. There are many pluses to MyLot, and some other sites. You learn a lot and meet people in this case from all over the world.

I think that's the biggest issue...as long as it doesn't 'take over' your life and you still fulfill the things you need to do.

Yes I do understand. There was a time I was addicted, I believe, to a few sites, but eventually the 'newness' wore off and I got it under control!
I can see where it could happen very easily though. Particularly with someone with a lot of free time on their hands. But ya know, who's to say it's bad for them? I think it's a way to combat loneliness.

Mylot is just sites to make relationships with others,get discuss and response,make extra money,and also sharing knowledge.We don't have to be addict with this site.As long as we can manage our time,we can work with other sites and still can make good relationship with our family.Addict is for some peoples who ambitious and wanna get high earning.Make your own target for earning in one month.

Very good advice. I'm still trying to figure out HOW to make money on this site. I know you are suppose to post new discussions, respond to the postings you get and also reply to other postings? Is that correct?
