Is Ciao available internationally?

I think Ciao is based in Germany but I'm not sure which countries can use it. I know that UK residents can use it because I am one and I have written on it for 2 years! If you can access it it can pay very well -I recently received £15 for a review of the Hunger Games film.This is because I achieved what is known as a 'Diamond' and is awarded monthly to a selection of the panel's 'best reviews'. It also works as a semi-social networking site so if you rate other writers work they will rate you back -earning you a very small amount each time. The best way to earn on Ciao is to try and write to the best of your ability-poor reviews do not earn! There is a monthly Premium Fund (over £2000) which is shared out among the best reviews from the previous month-this is where most of the earnings are made. I do not write a lot on there but I have earned over £30 per month from just a few reviews,so it is a very good site.You can also cross-post on this site and therefore increase your earnings. I also post the same reviews on dooyoo. For UK residents the domains are www.ciao.co.uk and www.dooyoo.co.uk It is worth looking into these to see if you can post in your own countries.
