Revolution, Charlie branded episode

The last episode was the one were Charlie let herself get captured by the militia in an attempt to save a boy because she had empathy with his brother. She ended up on a ship were the militia would take captured kids and train and brain wash them to be militia soldiers. While there she was branded on the wrist by the head guy with nothing to numb the pain. Later when she escaped with the help of Miles and Nora, she ran the guy through with a sword. They freed the captured boy and all the other kids. So now I wonder what kind of trouble or help will the militia brand on Charlie's wrist bring her.

I felt the pain when she was branded, as put brands on so many animals over the years raising cattle during my teen and early adult years. It was hard to watch, but I expected it to happen.

What do you think of the last episode this year airing in November and the next new one waiting to be aired until March?

I sure wasn't happy when the news came out, but understand something has to take a break for another new show. One plus we won't have reruns of the show, as people get so upset when reruns air and the new show might be good while we have the break.

I can understand a holiday break. But I really don't like that it won't be back till March or that a new show will be on instead during the absence.

It's nice that they will be able to air new episodes for the rest of the season. But it just seems that when they did that with V and Flashforward it backfired. Same thing when NBC did that with The Event.

It's hard to tell what the writers will do with the brand, but I imagine they will use it so that she can now sneak into places she would otherwise be unable to get into now. But it can also get her in trouble whenever they meet up with rebels or other non-militia people as she will have to prove why she has it.
