Very very refreshing morning!!

Hi guys it is a very refreshing morning for as I went for jogging in the morning. I have been jogging in the morning but it always became sunrise when i finished half way and it used to make me so so tired and i did not enjoy the morning jog. I used to get scared alone early morning when it was still dark but today my neighbor came with me and we started like 5.30am and by the time we finished it was like 7 am it is still cold and no sun as well. i feel so so good and the feeling is so refreshing. neighbor could not get up early so i went and woke her up.... then we went. it is good exercise for me.. Wanna continue this and make it a habit and i hope she comes with me everyday. Do you do early morning exercise or evening? Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead

I wish I had a neighbor who would wake me up to exercise! Maybe I don't... lol! This sounds like a great habit to form! I've heard that running in the morning sets a healthy tone for the rest of the day! Best of luck to you!

yeah it was very much cool morning and we were walking in the fog. we had to on the torch also because some streetlights was off. It is good start i guess.. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead..

Good for you! I will sometimes run in the morning and sometimes run in the afternoon/evening (it just depends on my schedule and what I feel like). However, I do really like how running in the morning wakes you up and gets you going for the day! Plus, it's completely different running when it's early, cool and dark out!

I used to go for morning walk with my wife it feels so good if some one is with me, but now both of us have diabetics neuropathy problems, so we walk on treadmill in home at low speed, holding the safety bars..

Ohh God you wake up at 5.30 in winter season also. I cant go for morning walk in winter season because not early time wake up. I know we feel refresh after morning walk but not possible for me.

Morning jogs are the best way to keep you healthy an fit.Get friends to jog along with so that your your jogging become interesting and pleasant.Cultivate this habit as a refreshing options to fight stress and strain.

I do jog before when I don't have a baby yet. But I cannot do it anymore since hubby and I takes part in waking up to feed our baby (I mean doing the milk). It's always tiring in the morning that I still linger in bed trying to get more sleep when hubby has to take our baby downstairs with mom in law. I'm happy for you. I wish I could do it again one of these days.

Hi! You are very lucky that you could get a company for your morning walk/jogging. It is indeed very refreshing and healthy to go for a morning walk and enjoy the fresh air. It makes you feel active all day, I understand.

Hello riyauro. It is a good habit that you develop, but it is impossible for me to have this habit of morning jogging. Every morning, I am always in a hurry--get up at 6:10, start to get ready for going to work before 7:15. So after getting up, I only have about an hour to get everything ready before working. There are two evenings I have to go to work in the office. Then not much time is left. So I have almost given up all of my exercise, but during the summer vacation, I do more jogging with my wife and my little son on the rubberized track field. Thanks for sharing, riyauro.

Good morning ot you as well, but it is now early evening in England. I like to excercise either early in the morning before the children get up or late at night at about 9pm. Those are really the best times that I can find time to fit it all in. I do find it relaxing at those times as well

hi , good ya. so finally you started your exercise ,you have good neighbor . I usually walk in the evening after dinner. But not on regular basis. I am putting on weight these days,,i have to do it regularly.

Good Morning there Riya ! I do my jogging in the early afternoon until evening not in morning because if in morning it is so difficult for me to wake up and if i do then after jogging i would feel so tired then no mood now to work. So my best time is evening when all work is done and after jogging i would be very tired so can go for rest no more task to be done.
