You're right. Saving is very important. I don't have any savings yet because every month there are always emergency expenses. I will save money starting this December. I hope I will be able to save some amount for future needs. Thanks for sharing and happy mylotting.

I agree with you too. We have to save money whenever we can for in need later. I am very happy because i can do save since i joined mylot till now. I just try to save as much as i can and consider carefully whenever i buy somethings.

Easy to say, easy to internalize, but actually if you have other responsibilities aside from yourself. whew. it is indeed next to impossibility. I mean i have been working for years as in 2 decades and a half. but still i have no personal savings from my salary. Too many responsibilites to take care of. It is important to have it I must agree. but, life is hard lol. specially if your earning is just sufficient to the needs.

It is true that having some savings can be useful. It's nice to know that it's there when and if you need it. For the moment, my husband and I are having a difficult time, keeping some savings, but it's definitely something that we try to do, and want to keep doing in the future.

Yes friend you are right in our daily life we have lot of chances to save some part of our income but some people do not prefer to save it and i think it is really big mistakes of their saving money is really important some time in emergency condition we need money and if we have some money saved for this condition then we can use it easily so friend we have to be get ready for all types of conditions in our life .

Fortunately, I haven't got into a situation when I needed saved up money so bad or out of a sudden, as I'm still living with parents, I don't own a car etc. But it's really important to have one. If somebody wants to live alone, they have to prepare for every situation. They have to pay the bills, pay for insurance, they could be mugged or the house could be broken into, the car may need some repair, there could be an illness, the water system may break off in the house... there has to be some saving for those issues.

The first year that I have a job for the first time, I wasn't able to save a lot. It took me 2 months to look for a new one when I quit my work (bad move, now I know) and it was really hard to go without any savings. Sometimes I even have to borrow some money from my mom whenever I have an interview and it's really embarrassing. So after that incident, I told myself that upon receiving my paycheck, I will deduct from it the percentage of savings that I want to deposit in my personal savings account. The rest will be budgeted according to my needs. If I manage to scrimp and save some more from that net amount, then more savings for me. If I "splurged" and spent it all, at least I already have taken away some amount for safekeeping in my personal account.

Hello! For me, I haven't experienced it yet. But I do save money every month or in any way I can. Its not a big amount every month, but still I save for the rainy days. Like what you said, its so hard to look for money the moment you need it. So for me to avoid all those hassles, I save. It doesn't need to be a big sum of money every month. Even just a few hundreds, it can help you a lot when your in need.

It is hard to save money when you have already a minimum wage or worse an allowance or so. But every day goes by, every day you can make the choice again for not going over your set budget. Every day you can make that choice again, starting with this day! Look at what you are spending on an evening out at a club, let it go for a while and start having fun at your own house. Look a movie on the television instead on going to the movies. Choose a simple snack to accompany you. Invite some friends, or, stay in freedom alone for a night. And enjoy it. If you make this choice every day again, at the end of a week/month you have been saving a lot of money. You can than spent that on something nice for yourself, please give yourself than a special treat as a thank you for yourself, a thank you for being kind for youself, and don't letting you go deeper in the troubles by spending too much!

We all are working hard for money, some times our earnings are not enough for us and we work hard to earn more. We have the ability to live a happy life with our earnings, if we organize our spending in a good way. We must be wise and spend our money for the needy things to live a happy life. We must think twice before buying a product, there is nothing wrong in buying necessary items, but some persons will buy some modern items to show their status, we must surely avoid this kind of unwanted expenses. If we need a modern equipment and we don't have enough money to buy it, we can go for second hand items, it is for better than getting loan or borrowing money from other person to buy the new thing. There is nothing wrong in buying second hand items and we can find a lot of good things with it. We must avoid unwanted expenses. Lot of deals and discounts are available during festivals and important time, we can buy our product in such times to save our money. We must avoid unwanted dinning outs and prepare food by our own to enjoy our self cooking activities. There is nothing wrong in dinning out once in a while, but some people are interested in frequent dinning out and spending a lot of money in fast food center we must surely avoid this habit to keep our health in a good manner. Preparing budget and spending within the budget will help a lot in savings.
