I agree..a trip to a spa readily relax you. It can stimulate mentally and physically. It can even increase confidence and self esteem. I visit spa once in while i love the body scrub first then massage!..

what I experience is only foot spa but it was only once and up until Now I suffer because my foot is so ugly now. It was because I was not able to maintain and to do the regular spa session.

Well, to be honest, even I am tired and stressed out from the life I lead! My days are pretty much the same, although my biggest problem is that I find myself at the age of 37 years old, still unemployed! I believe you perfectly well that a treatment at a spa, I would be very good for the body and mind. Unfortunately, I emphasize the fact that I can not do, because I lack the economic resources. In family, living in four with only pensions of my parents, it is very difficult to get to the end of the month. That said I believe and hope that in the future things will change. I nevertheless want to try this experience in a spa.

No I never did and I don't think I would like it. First of all it's very expensive over here and I do consider it as a waste of money. I never have any money left over for that since I have a lot of bills to pay and kids who depend on me. This besides of the fact I don't feel relaxed if strangers touch me and I do not find it relaxing to sit in between strangers. The only thing I do find (kind of) relaxing is taking a sun bath at home or an iodine bath in a thermal bath in Hungary with my kids. But I never stay long and in the last case I do it for my health.

Hi, I know that massage spa is very helpful for relaxing and our health. But I haven't tried yet. I am living in small city. We have only one spa here. I would like to visit spa one day.

I love the Spa! because it soothes us with pampering and massaging I love the fact that the spa's environment is solemn and less noise compare to what you really used to have in some other services that gives pampering. :)

When I get tired and boring, I try to the salon for spa,and I really enjoy the massage. It can make my mind fresh, I can relax for a while, don't think anything that unnecessary. But I can't every weeks go to the salon for spa, cause it can make my wallet empty , lol.. After spa, you will feel like your body and your mind different, more happy and reLax

Hi, I wish I could, but it is out in the city miles away costing a week's pay. The nearest I had to it was when we went out to this hot spring on one of our vacation travels and soaked there for hours, that was a long time ago but my overall health did make a remarkable improvement after that. I should make it a regular habit.
