Topics of conversation with a girl

I have a good one for you my friends. Let's suppose I am at a restaurant with a girl. It's the first date. I'm not shy and that is the reason for supposing. So, I'm the boy and I think that I need to talk if the discussion not evolves by itself. What are the right topics that I proposed to talk with a girl that I really like ?

You can ask your friends to help you figure out what this girl's
favorite are.And find more information about her favorite and
talk about it.Maybe you can pretend you are good at it(her favorite),
and you have the similar hobby with her.For example,if she
like dancing,you can also ask her go out for dancing or something.

oh, it's not about me. I know what to say to a girl. I read an article with these kind of topics and I was curious to know if you have the same opinions. What I've read is pretty childish but I saw that it works. Amazing things but it works. I think that it matter the "quality" of the woman.

I think that it is good idea to ask the girl some questions about her life, work, studies or hobbies. Most people enjoy talking about the things that they are interested in. If you and the girl share some of the same hobbies you can discuss those things and exchange experiences for instance if you both like travelling you can talk about the places that you have visited and want to visit in the future. If you don't share the same hobbies you can still ask the girl about her hobbies.
It is important to show your interest in the girl. I have been on dates where the guy only talked about himself all night or spent most of the evening describing how wonderful his ex-girlfriend was, and that is not my idea of a dream date

Conversation will start from personal details, like hobbies, favorites and definitely everything follows.
But if the other person is not cooperating, then your effort will be useless and the date will become boring.

In this case I am little hesitant by nature. I really don't find any way to initiate the conversation with a girl I meet first time. May be I am little intro than little extro.
