Well I want to know what the left thinks of this. The Russian newspaper Pravda has called Obama a communist. The author, Xavier Lurma, liken Obama's speeches of illusion of hope and change to that of Lenin's. He says "the Obama's fools and the Stalin's fools share the same illusion of drink." Doesn't this tell you something when former communists are trying to tell us to watch out. The other tells of mistakes of bigger government and that Putin, compared to Obama is almost Reaganistic. If this is not a warning to us, it don't know what is.

I don't care about Nobama, he's a puppet, I want to know who is controlling him, that's the real person to be afraid of. I know that he hates America and so do all those dolts that voted for him, deep down I'm sure... oh heck, what do I care about a guy who doesn't care about this country. I will never give him props as a President, his name should have an asterisk beside it stating *Cheated and won, Hope and Change disguised as blame*

How many folks in your families lost their lives in the wars to annihilate communism and to save our Country from its ugly grasp?

Since when do conservatives consider Pravda a reliable source? Thanks for the daily irony laugh.

So, you don't think the reports that Obama was a member of the communist party in college either. You don't care that Obama was in the house of Frank Marshall Davis, and that Obama's mother was a registered member of the communist party. You don't care that Obama's political career basically got started in Bill Ayers living room? Are you this ignorant to what Obama's history?

I don't care the least in the world. 4 years of President Obama saved the American car industry and brought the Dow up by thousands of points after 8 years of Republicans crashed the Dow by thousands of points. Worst. Communist. Ever.

You are correct that you really don't know what is. Lurma is a Putin lover who is afraid of Obama. I tried to find this Pravda, but it wasn't anywhere to be found.

Fat, is Obama taking over EVERY US corporation? Has Obama disbanded congress, and the supreme court? Has he legally the constitution? When he does all of this you can tell me how bad this is. Until then, you and all of your other crazy right wing friends should find the next train to REALITY, and hop on like the rest of us. Living in your dream world has only made your kind look stupid, and gullible to the rest of the world!!! You had your chance to kick Obama out and you LOST!!!! That is life!! By the way, have you found that link to the Pravda website yet?

Or is it you liberals do not care that Obama was a register member of the communist party. And the he was raised by a mother that was member of the communist party. His menter was Frank Marshal Davis, an activist in the communist party. And Obama's political career was started in the living room of a US terrorist. You guys don't care about these things? You guys need to pull you head out of the sand and see what Obama is. And when former communists are saying he is following communist ways and try to warn us, you guys hide you head in the sand and worship him. I can see why he is afraid of Obama. He has reason, and so should we.

Golly geepers! I never knew Republicans to ever read and get their information from Pravda. Maybe we should take this with a grain of salt as we have most anything printed by the impartial folks of Pravda. Face it folks, he is the Commander in Chief for another four years. Really folks, we are paying attention to Pravda?!

Gotta love the way Fatcat knows the only way to make this bet in any way winnable for himself is to try to get the debacle that was the Bush economy in on the coattails of the Clinton economy and hope nobody reads the fine print.

debater, I will make a pack with you. If Obama turns everything around have have a stronger economy that Clinton and Bush did, I will join the democrat party. If everything goes to bongers, you have to join the republican party. Let's see where this goes. Taxing the rich so the government can be spend happy never works. The rich leave town and the government goes broke. Right now there are two sides, those who pay taxes, and those who get freebies from it. You must be receiving freebies from the government if you are happy. So when the money runs out, so much for your freebies.

Hi, Fatcat44, I couldn't find the text but Pravda is a newspaper of the Russian Communist party, so But I found an article by the leader of the communists Zhuganov. He says that Obama was re-elected because he has a better economic and social program than Romney, Zhuganov says also that Obama is better than leaders who now govern Russia!

What is real scary is fannitia appears (maybe) to think that this is a good thing, that Pravda thinks Obama is wonderful. And I'd just like to note, that because we want to know 'our enemy' and have read Pravda, we are made fun of....a Sal Alinsky tactic, and HE WAS partial to communists, and Obama read his Rules For Radicals to LEARN HOW to be a community organizer, a role invented by the communist party to bring 'change' to American communities, especially large city neighborhoods with lots of unhappy poor people.

Fatcat44 Interesting... I'll have to look into this...I consider Putin to be a Commie..since he has history with the KGB..I expect him to want to re-establish Communism esp in the Baltics.

I agree... it's quite a warning. Or a confirmation of what we already knew. Those who have lived it can see it. Unfortunately, it seems that many who are following Obama into it are blinded.

They should know. They lived under Communism since 1918 and only got free of it in the last decade or so. Too bad the ones who elected Obama did not read the history books and thought that those long lineups for food and necessities were fairy tales .

Actually, this could be looked at in two ways: the first being as you suggested a warning of sorts, while the second could be that they are trying to create dissent among Americans and create an even more divided nation and government than we already have. I agree that it is rather worrisome for the communist party to insinuate that Obama is one of their own....AKA a communist, but was that actually what they had in mind? Or rather, were they trying to start still more unrest here in the states?

Yeah, I read that article too. Makes you wonder what they really think of us...50% of our citizens are ignorant. Too many high school "graduates" do not get a diploma, they get a certificate of participation. These two pieces of paper are not differentiated when the number of yearly "graduates" is published. It looks like our high schoolers are actually graduating, not the reality of their just marking time until they can get on the dole. The obamderthal may not be a commie, but he surrounds himself with commie czars and religious moslems. "Birds of a feather flock together." or are you too young for that saying?

Do we really need communists to tell us what communism is? I say we can recognize it when we see it.
