Had anyone visited Bran Castle or commonly known for dracula's castle? As a fan of horror movies, I was very excited when my husband said that we will visit Bran Castle which of course in my mind is dracula's castle which is located in Transylvania. If you know the animated movie of Adam Sandler and Selena Gomez Hotel Transylvania, this where they took the inspiration. The castle is not so big like the other castles and actually its not very scary. I was expecting something scary, and the only scary thing I saw and touched is the mirror, it's very old like it have witnessed countless of events for past centuries. Other than that, the castle is beautiful with so much rooms and passage and secret doors. But maybe if I'm alone in the castle, it can be scary.

I visited Bran Castle and heard all about Dracula when I visited Romania. I found Bran Castle very touristy and interesting. I liked it fairy tale quality and found it ever so exciting. Also that day I visited a less touristy castle that had picturesque views over gorgeous countryside. I think Bran Castle is great in the light day time but would be scary in the dark night or evening time. I like Romania and would be keen to see more of it in the future.

The step brother of my husband suggests me to visit seghisoara because of it's medieval look. He said that the place, houses and other establishement there are old like they did not change the place at all, even the roads.

I visited Seghisoara after visiting Brasov and loved its medieval look. I saw some stunning looking architecture there. I stayed in a lovely guest house there. Yes, it looks very historical. Yes, you should visit it.

I'd love to go there but on summer. At this season where the trees are dying and everything is brown, not quite attractive for me. I also don't like walking outside with heavy clothes and wet grounds. It's more fun visiting places when it's summer, the places are alive and happy.

I have visited Bran castle in Romania and I found it interesting to explore the castle. I enjoyed visiting the different parts of the castle and I took many pictures there. There were quite a lot of other tourists there and it didn't seem very scary, but if it was dark and I was alone there I might have found it much more scary I think that I would that I would have been afraid of getting lost there if it was dark I have heard that there is one more castle in Romania that is related to Dracula. It is less famous than Bran castle and I don't remember the name of it. Maybe I will be able to visit the second castle when I return to Romania.

I think it's not scary when it's daylight and you have other fellow tourist with you moving around the castle. But if I think of me alone in that place and it's dark, it's pretty scary, specially with that secret room where you have to pass a very dark stariway. And also that old mirror, I wonder how many ungrateful events it had witnessed. I don't know what other castle that's related to dracula but there is one castle I have visited and it's beautiful, it's called Pelis Castle.

Wow, you have been to Bran Castle in Transylvania. It is actually have such a castle exist! I did not know that. I always thought it is fictionary. So, it is like the Sleepy Beauty Castle in Disneyland which is inspired by Neuschwantein Castle in Germany. I love to visit castles, they have its unique beauty in designs and architectural. One day I should visit Romania and its unique Bran Castle.

I don't want to raise so much expectations for you Iren, so you might want to search it first. It is not so sophisticated like the castles from what we always imagine but the castle has it's own beauty and mistery.
