Physically restrained

I have seen and heard of people who were not allowed to leave because they were being physically restrained. Women are attacked when they are physically restrained! It is better to be safe and be cautious when people taller than you try to touch you. I would really rather be safe than be physically restrained by anyone I know or do not know. I would rather spray them with mace to be safe than end up sorry or dead! I have been in dangerous situatons. I know people who have made one wrong mistake and they are not here anymore. So please, when I write about being safe and get criticized for it, then those who criticize those who have been in dangerous situations need to go thru the same before criticizing those who choose to remain safe from danger and dangerous situations.

Anyone can be attacked at any time. No one is safe from it. I think its smart to be careful. I am going to be training soon with a guy who has done martial arts just in case I need to defend myself at any time. Now a days you just never know...
I don't think anyone should criticize anyone for trying to be safe and warn others about it!

Well, I don't think anyone would criticize anyone about wanting to be safe, but living your life in constant paranoia as you seem to be doing is just sad.

Not only people taller as you can attack you. All kind of people can and frequently those who are familiar do. It's even harder if someone you know does and also in a "friendly" way. How to act is personal, I would prefer to fight back and die instead of giving in/up and hope not to be harmed (which is seldom the issue and if so I would have to live with the fact I did not even try to protect myself).

Just bring something for self defense like pepper spray every time you want to go out. It doesn't matter you are alone or not, just to be cautions.

There is no safe place nowadays. Even in our own home we can be attacked by intruders or bad people. Almost everyday there are cases of murder in and outside home. So no way out for us to really be safe. So , best thing to do is to be very extra careful , don't trust people and don't be too friendly. Actually the people whom we bumped everyday can't be assured that they are really good. The world is dirty and greedy. So much better to stay inside our homes than stroll in the bar or around the city and never stop praying to our God ,
