Annoying Political Ads

Election in our country will be next year but I see a lot of political advertisements on television. I don't know why politicians do this in this country but it really annoys me that they're projects just came up when election is going to start. I know that ads on TV are pretty expensive and they are so willing to pay it. Most of them are hugging poor people and tell us that they give jobs and everything even if the unemployment rate is so high. Do you think that people still fall for this kind of political tactics? Can political ads really help them to win the election?

Yep. Same thing in the US. People are too lazy to research. Because they don't educate themselves, they don't realize there are more than two candidates to choose from They just turn on that idiot box and all they know about is the ones spending all their tax money to make their opponent look bad because that's all they see. To make matters worse. they went to calling peoples house every day and leaving commercials on the answering machine.

Leaving messages on the answering machine? whew. That never happened to me before. I bet that's more annoying.

Politics is a dog-eat-dog industry; you need to be noticed in order that people may vote for you. Some Politicians are not fair in terms of putting themselves in the masses. They do whatever they can do to gain popularity. And yes, it may sound odd in other countries but it’s sad that it’s been visible in the process of election.

You can see them smile more often now, shake everybody's hands, hugging them, etc. There are good ones really but the bad ones I think are more in number. Some people do fall for these tactics though.

They don't fall for it, I believe, but what choice do they have? They still have to choose one of those wicked people for some government position. Shucks, it's hard enough to figure which one of them is least evil. If I were to decide, I'd make those politicians who want to run the election go through some arduous challenges which would show their real colors. See how long they last.... hehehe
