No One Is The Reason Of Your Happiness Except Yourself Is really true and i totally will be agree with it, only you can determine and are the reason of your happiness. If you want or don't want to be happy, all is under of your feeling and not because the reason of other source. So how happy, you are is all about the reason of you and not because the outer source that determine the reason you must happy or sad. Are you too going to be agree with the quote above.

I agree with you. Happiness is our choice. It is a personal choice. No one will just tell you to be happy when you dont feel like being happy. Happineess is a perogative of an individual no matter what is the reason or where the source comes from.

I believe that we don't get happy and unhappy because certain things happen. I think that our happiness or lack of happiness depends on the thoughts we have about the things that happen. We aren't always able to choose the things that happen or the way other people's behave, but we always have the chance to choose our own thoughts. Sometimes two people experience exactly the same thing, but they don't react the same way and they don't experience the same feelings. I think that their different reactions are caused by the different ways that they choose to interpret the things that happen. Even in the worst situations there are people who choose to focus on the positive things.

But what about the person you love?, doesn't he/she makes you happy or sad? Your friends who makes you smile with their jokes and support you whenever you need them? Your family who's always been there for you? Strangers who did good things for other people, aren't you happy with that news? The good things you did to other people? Are you not happy when they are happy? Happiness is not just about you, and doesn't depend on you only.
