Every time when I into myLot, I get some offers that I can fill or skip. My question is, do I get any money for skipping or filling these offers?

Probably not. Those are just a way for the site to earn make some money to keep running. Only ways I know of earning is replying to discussion. You get a little extra for adding relevant pictures to your posts, using the Mylot search and doing tasks. Note: Tasks are paid for by other members, Not Mylot.
