Phone calls

Have you ever tried once in your life where you called some of your friends and it happened that someone answered your call but it wasn't your friend? Sometimes it's an old lady and sometimes a child? I was really felt bad since last night when I was trying to call a friend but everytime I cal;led him a child answers the phone and asking me my name or sometimes a girl and sometimes an old lady. What the heck was that? I am a globe subscriber and so is my father. He experience the same thing as I do when he calls his workmates.

I have not experience that but that is a weird call indeed. I am sure your contacts are saved on both of your phone so it is not just a mere coincidence that this is just a wrong number. I am not sure with Globe, I hate it if I will receive scam messages and they are not doing anything about this. Good thing it is not a scary call.

We have experienced it after the typhoon Pablo, it was really tiring everytime you dial different person are answering our calls. Some of my friends are really worried because they cannot even call their boyfriends and girlfriends. It's been a week before it was turned to normal.

Not generally but once in a blue moon I have experienced this. Mostly when I called at odd hours while my friend was in loo or bathroom and some one wanted to reply my call mostly a little fellow in the household. That made me feel instantly that my friend was not in position to pick it so I gave him ample time to finish his job before I called him back. Cheers.

Yes it happens several times, there are several reasons, the first is the number is allotted to some one else, second i typed a wrong number, third some other person a family member/spouse/ kid answered that call.

hi,
yes,i have that experienced before even now,sometimes i called my ex partner before but somebody answered the phone of my ex partner in his province,so in the first that i heard the voice i was thinking who was that until they introduced there self.

Hi friend, yes, i too faced this kind of incidents some times. Surely we will be irritated with this kind of activities. We will get more anger if we called our friend for an important news.

I experienced such incident back then when I was still a kid. My experience was when I was calling my classmate who happen to be a very good friend of mine regarding about our homework and then the person who answered the phone was her Grandma. I was afraid to response back to her Grandma when she picked up the phone because her voice was quite spooky LOL no offense.

Well in the past yes , i do dial the wrong number to other people but now we dun even need to dial as there is the contact list function.

There were a couple of occasions where I got the wrong number. It's either I wasn't paying attention when I dialed the number or I wrongly inputted the number in my phone's directory. And it was quite a big surprise each time someone else answered the cell phone. But I think you're referring to some sort of glitch in your provider's network. I haven't yet experienced this. I'm a Smart and Sun subscriber though. Maybe you should report this to Globe.

YEs! i also experienced that, i was calling my friend that time when the one who answered is her mother,i knew that it was her mother because she said she was sharing her phone to her mother but i still ask if who's on the line to be sure if that was her mother. ahaha

This only happens to me if I dial the wrong number although I did once have someone join in a conversation I was having on the phone with someone else. We were arguing and he decided to take my part! It was quite funny and whoever this mysterious person was he made my day.
I have a friend who got a wrong number and he liked the sound of her voice so much that they arranged to meet. They have been married for 35 years now!

i encountered it ,, when i was trying to call my mother ,but then the other women asking it.. then i try it again she answer it again,, but the number i call is from my mothers number, so i think maybe it was, from the line connection,, of the network services, maybe too many people trying to call so the line was go in the wrong line, that's what i think..
