It was a really confusing movie, since i thought that he really was turning into a vampire, since that's what the synopsis said.. it turns out, he was just turning crazy- well, the talking to himself part should've been a hint. it was quite funny, Nic Cage acting all so crazy with his crazy face.
But also sad, about what happened to him in the end.. he was just overworked and so stressed.

Is that the 1989 version where he stayed with a beautiful woman and then he believed he is a vampire? Nicolas Cage is a great actor. Has been in some films where he make characters very life like. Looked so unlike himself too.
I also her some people complaining that he usually gets the same roles, but i think he doesn't he played a lot of different roles and played them well. He can look innocent as an angel and crazy too.

Have been a Nic Cage fan and I love his movies but have not seen this one. I know it's an old one, but from what you have said Nic didn't turn into a vampire. He is famous for this acting crazy thing, maybe I should look for it on the internet.

Vampire's Kiss, I haven't seen the movie but it sound quiet interesting.
As it's one of the old Nicolas Cage movies it must be wort watching....
