This afternoon I had some free time to climb the moutain behind my home.So I decided to climb it with my wife, who was also lucky enough to share some free time with me. We set out after lunch, and soon arrived at the foot of the moutain. At first both of us were relaxed and excited, but soon we felt tired. When we got to the height of three hundred meters, we found that we could go no higher. I think the problem lies in that both of us don't take part in enough sports because of busy work.We get up at about 6:30am, and hurry to work after breakfast. When returinng back home after work, we usually feel tired and just sit before TV after dinner. What about you? Do you have enough time to take part in sports?

Yeah I really wish I had more time to dedicate to sports as well. I live in Northern Michigan and I love to play basketball but it's hard to play everyday when the courts are all snowed in around four months a year and it is often too cold to play in other times of the year as well. When you exercise more frequently though you begin to notice big increases in your stamina and how quickly you go short of breath.

Instead of just playing in sports, I try to find time to go to the gym and take classes on a regular basis. I don't really have enough time to stay consistant with practices. The gym and classes are more suited for my schedule. i have too many responsibilities to my jobs, husband and daughter to actuallly take that time away from them. If it's something we can all do together that's physically active then we do try to do that.

I also don't have time to take part in sports. I get up every morning at 5am to be to work by 630. And then when I get home I got cleaning to do before dinner then I'm lucky if I have time to relax before bed. I try to do some stretches at night though so my muscles don't lock up and stuff. I noticed doing things my muscles lock up quite a bit so I try to keep active to prevent that. I would after the new year like to start going to the gym to do some exercising to get back in shape. That's going to be my number one goal.

I thin i am born to play sports in this world and i promise even when i will go for a job i will never quit sports no matter whatever i need to do. Yes you are right. People who do not take active part in sports are really lazy. My parents follow the same routine as you do. After returning from their respective offices they sit in front of the television with their cups of tea for the whole night. As far as i am concern i can't live even a day without playing cricket. Sports are really necessary for people of all ages.

Yes sports is an important component of life. This provides necessary elements to the body. It provide necessary strength to the muscles. It enhance energy of the body.Every part of body utilize oxygen better during exercise. So exercise is very very important in life. But some people do not exercise regularly. this is due to the lack of time. But every one should extract time from the busy schedule to do some physical activity. When we start exercise body after a long gap we fell very fatigue quickly. this is a usual phenomenon. This due to inability of the body to acclimatize suddenly to the vigorous exercise.

I think most people are too tired to have more sports after work. We are the same, every day I get up at six in the morning, after a day's work, I'd like to sit in front of computer and have a relaxation. But nowadays I feel easily tired, so in order to have a strong body, I go to work by bike instead of by bus, it takes me 1 hour to ride to my working place. I feel comfortable these days. I call it forced movement.Life lies in movement. Have a nice evening!
