Many people are deciding to do something new in the New Year. We are not far away from beginning 2013 now. One friend wishes to lose wait and she has already began having diet pills. She has a shake instead of a meal once a day. In the New Year she is planning to join the gym. One of our other friends told her to have a drink of water before every meal to fill her up thinking then she won't eat much food.
Which ideas do you have ready for the New Year?
Why does the gym have many more users from New Year until Easter?

Hi Maxine,
My diet plans are always among my wishes, but I haven`t started yet. On February I`ll go to see a nutritiologist to help me with it. I need a strickt diet that suits me. As for other ideas, as you do I`ll think up where to go next for some vacations.

Hi Marguicha. Good luck with sorting out the ideal diet for you. I hope your appointment will go well in February. Leo goes to see his dietician twice a year. He needs to put on more weight you see.
Yes, I am thinking and planning very much my trip or trips for 2013. I am glad that you are doing that same thing. You need another lovely vacation for some relaxation and a bit of sightseeing.

I don't normally go over New Year’s resolution however; i do have plans that i will make the most out of the New Year. I also like the fact to let the years passed and just go with how the year flies and weigh my plans over the year as well.

I've never really been one for making new year resolutions however, I can see why so many people would ry to make a fresh start for a fresh year. If I ever want to try somethign though, I tend to just decide and do it no matter what time of year it is!

I have many plans for next year. I would like to lose some weight and I plan on going back to the vegetable diet that I followed in the past. I love vegetarian food so I don't think that will be too hard. I will cut back on candy and things like that and that will probably be a challenge, because I love sweet things. If we can afford it I will start playing badminton again. I would also like to take some classes for instance a psychology class, but I am not sure about that yet. In 2013 I also want to save up money for our next trip. That will probably be Ukraine and Moldova or Iceland and the Faroe islands.

I hoped you gave me a great tip to do something at New Year's Eve since I consider to keep my youngest ones awake (or wake them up) now they are not that young anymore.
My son and I started a diet, so the rest has to do it as well. We want to eat more healthy (even we have less to spend). My son could lose some weight. Strange thing is he is not eating as much (incl. candies etc as well) has his younger sister (who is snacking at one piece and loves sweeties way more as fruit and vegetables). I hope to get us all more healthy (althoug completely/only raw food won't do it for us I am afraid). I also won't go to the gym (or send anyone else over to it) nor take pills or shakes. Why not? Sooner or later you go back to your own habits and you have to deal with normal food and kind of life style. But using smaller plates will help, also eating more frequently a day.
I don't think over here the gym will have more users from New Year till Easter since most people hate to go out over here during winter.
About the rest I need to think. I consider to leave and go live abroad but I have to arrange some things for that first.

Being a regular gym goer myself, I have noticed over the years that the beginning of January the gym is well busy! Then when February comes it slackens off again. Many people have wonderful resolutions of joining a gym, losing weight and getting fit, but after a few weeks soon get bored, lose interest and don't bother going again! The only idea I have for the new year is to work on myself, fortunately, I have a long term therapist who can help me on my journey. Have a wonderful 2013 my dear friend.

After dinner,my wife and I sat quietly together, discussing the plans for the coming 2013.We talked happily with each other, because both of us thought 2013 would be a new start for us as "the end of the world "had been over.
To us,what for us to do in the coming new year is still to earn enough money to support our family. It is said that money couldn't help us do all,but without enough money, our life would be in trouble. We will need a lot more money because we have planned to have a baby.So we have to get everything ready, including money.
Meanwhile,as we have decided before,we should do something meaningful in the new year.We may with the neighborhood try our best to help our old neighbor lady whose husband passed away just some time ago.
In my opinion,2013 must be wonderful, and we will go on working hard.
Thank you.And wish you to have a happy 2013.
