Diseased Impatients plants

Last year I read that there was some disease that effected Impatients. Mine didn't do so well last summer. These are a favorite plant of mine to add color to shady areas and have usually performed very good.
Has anyone else heard about this disease and problems with Impatients? Will next summer's be effected? If so, what can I use as a substitute?

It depends on what is the disease your plants have. My impatients are quite hardy but sometimes they get some bugs and I spray them. Read about it online. It helps a lot on any garden venture. Luck!
