have you ever felt in this way? sometimes we arent in our mood, and we feel that everything is negative? I wont use this site to overexpress myself telling you all my fears and worries and bla bla, because is not the idea. what can we do to get better and build more happiness when everything seems to be the worst? Im definitely sure that suffer for somebody who doesnt pay attention in us is just waste our time. life is just one.

I have my bad moments too. But I decided not to put all those negative moments in this site. And thanks to that, I have had nice responses from some friends when I most need it.

There were 2 different things that came up last week that made me feel not my very best at all. I was starting to get depressed about it actually. One of my online friends told me to stop worrying about it all. So I quit worrying so much...I still did a little. LoL Anyway, Monday I was able to resolve one of the problems and then found out on Wednesday that the other problem is no longer a problem. So I am now in a better mood than I was last Friday.

a pleasant day to you, it is quite difficult to express our happiness if we encounter some situations that affects our moods. hence, it really shows to our faces though we are trying to cover it by our best smiles. i think it is quite better to keep quiet when not in the mood, in this regard, this might help you to ease the feeling and to get better quickly.

Everybody does, but thanks to mylot bad mood or good mood they pay. I have posted a discussion ranting that I'm not able to think properly and respond to discussions on how it should be responded but members are coming and wishing me with positive words and I'm so glad and was able to work again.

I agree! That's the good thing about myLot. Others may find venting out here bad or negative but it doesn't really bother me at all to read posts talking about a bad day or bad mood. It's totally fine with me. We all have our shares of bad times and we also have different ways of coping up to those days we find ourselves waking up on the wrong side of the bed. What's important is we have an avenue to vent out our frustrations. It always helps to be able to talk about what you're going through especially when you're down. And I agree with you! :D We get paid no matter what mood we're in when we check myLot. Happy myLotting! :D

Sleep is so important. Sometimes we just don't get enough sleep and therefore feel down and depressed and just tired out. Sometimes we don't realize that we aren't getting enough sleep because we don't feel sleepy, just tired. Sleep helps us to stay in a more positive mood and just helps us to feel better. Sometimes we just need a 10-20 minute nap and that can just perk us up, so that we feel better and happier.

Oh dear, definitely I am not in my mood when I do not sleep very well. My mood turns into a bad way, lol. I believe that sleep makes me feel better, even when I cant solve the problems, but I can think in many options, or get another point of view. Thanks for reply, have a nice day

True. life is just one. I myself find myself in not the best of my moods at that time. At that time, I just take a back seat, just recede to a quite corner, or do something that will lighten up my mood or make me feel good.. or make me laugh.. so i watch funny vedios on by my favourite you tubers, or I listen to music, or talk to a firnd, go for a walk..

Yes, I also have days like that and then in just a few days time I am back to being my happy self again. I am sure I must not be easy to deal with then, but my family understands and has patience with me. Sometimes I attribute it to my thyroid and I have to keep on checking it!

Yes. I felt that too. It is within my family, but it is not always. I understand them. We have just misunderstanding and a little conflict within family. It is negative and as a result, if I have no mood, I would stay on my room to get enough sleep. I think there is a way. It will help us enlighten our mood by just watching tv or if there are comedy shows, we can watch it to entertain us. Sometimes watching comedy shows made us laugh and it really enlighten our moods.

Sometimes everyone can be in bad mood, because thinking about something makes us so. It is okay if I realize that no one in this world really want to be sad, or want to make other sad. Everyone want to be happy and want to make everyone happy. So it is just either my lack of competency or the lack of competency of the other, which resulted in a bad mood or sad moment. Accept this truth and you will feel better every time you feel bad.

I do feel this sometimes.. we can't control what is happening in our environment.. for me negativity is always there it is just how you would handle it.. when times like this happens to me I just pray and asked for God guidance and peace..

I know just how you feel. Sometimes I just want to cry, because everything seems to be messed up. I try and try and there seems to be nothing I can do about it. I know I should stay strong and keep on going, but once in a while, I want to sleep and cry and not talk to anyone, because it all seems useless.
