The brave Do Not Need A Sword

It is not bravery but cowardice that compels someone to keep a gun.Fear is the most paralysing of all emotions. It can stiffen the muscles and stupefy the mind and the will.It is still a great question that God created fear or fear...

renkinjutsushi You know what compels me to keep an AK-47? Nothing. I just like big guns.

"pay attention" is impolited ?

tracy leung @tracy_l (3) • Hong Kong 29 Jul 13

renkinjutsushi If your senior says it's impolite, then it's impolite. See what she suggests you use instead of that phrase. She actually knows the context of your emails and your use of "pay attention" so she'll be able to give you better advice than any of us could.

What's new here on Mylot.com?

pearl1003 @pearl1003 (668) • Philippines 26 Jul 13

I think my last post was last year 2008. Got tired of posting and just earned $5 that I wasn't able to claim. If we post here now, can we earn just like before? How much per post and how to claim the reward?

renkinjutsushi Nope, you can't earn a cent from this place anymore. They quit paying in May.

Mylot was attracting spammers. Now, under aged children decided it was a cool place to hangout. This explains a whole lot. I am not babysitting by the way.

renkinjutsushi @cupkitties I'm going to tell mine that they have tiny implants that monitor everything they do online, and if they sign up to Facebook or any other site without permission their brains will explode.

Flickr? Or Flicker?

narsha @narsha (466) 24 Jul 13

I just wonder,What's the difference between Flickr and Flicker? And why the web itself is called Flickr rather than FlickEr?

renkinjutsushi Flickr isn't an actual word aside from being the name of the photo sharing site. It's a misspelling of flicker, possibly done because the domain flicker.com was already registered at the time. Flickr.com and flicker.com both point to Flickr now, but for the...
