I think most people are very fond of music, and listen to those touching music and melody do you have also learned the impulse?Do you think one can sing?Have not thought about learing a musical instrument?Learning to play a musical instrument can not only entertain entertainment can also enhance their temperament. Think myself had wanted to learn the flute, keyboard or bottle gourd silk, but always because of shyness and no result, untill now did not learn to one.I do not know wether we have to adhere to inthe end?Want to give up and how to encourage their own?

I've always wanted to learn to play the piano and guitar but don't have the luxury of time as i'm working. hmm. If ever i'd find someone good who can teach me both then I'd probably manage to find time for it. It's really sad though that we have a piano in the house but no one in the family likes to play. I think my siblings have already forgotten how to play it since i've never seen anyone play for years now. It's just really interesting when someone knows how to play a musical instrument.

Many times we will because of whim and to do certain things, but when our interest disappears when it forgot clean out completely,so to do one thing really is not easy.

I want to learn to play the piano soooo much! But sadly I don't have a piano right now..cannot afford it. I want to fulfill my piano dream after graduation. Once I listened to a kid playing Kikujiro's Summer and I nearly cried! I love the song so much but I cannot play it. What a pity...

We wanted to learn the guitar, I even surprised my husband with one for his birthday several years ago. We fiddled with it, he learned a few chords from his employees, but overall, we still do not know how. The neck of it broke a couple of years ago, so probably will not be learning on that. Music is such a powerful thing, I suppose we were hoping to be able to make some, for our own amusement. We did end up making several digital albums, some of them with classical music. It is not the same as actually playing the music, but composing was fun and inspiring. Life has become more busy and I have been unable to make any more, but it was a fun experience while it lasted.

But for a long time it is easy to want to give up, like something is easy but stick to something more difficult.

I also like playing hulusi, I feel it's voice is very beautiful. The teacher taught me, he said, this is also a kind of personal cultivation.

I've seen people, teenagers, that get so overwhelmed with the need of performing well in the musical area due to parental pressure. Having music as solely a hobby is good enough for me, and i encourage you to learn it. Everyone starts out as amateurs, and as long as you put in the effort, you will improve. I myself am perfectly capable of performing on the piano and violin, but I find no need to turn my interests into competitive tools. Music is for you to enjoy. Don't give it such an ambitious purpose. Don't give up on what you would like to do.

What you said is right, the music is used to enjoy, not to make money,if we take the interest as the purpose, then the music is to its significance had rich.

This is rather a difficult question to answer with any real surety. The idea of having the ability does appeal to me, but not to the extent that I would be prepared to take the time to learn one. Musical instruments can be very hard to learn and must involve a lot of dedication to reach a respectable standard, which would probably be enough for me to lose interest. I have no problem with studying and practicing something for long periods, although it would have to be something that I was very passionate about and not just something that I fancied knowing.

I suggest learning how to play keyboards, you can study music theory from there and then you can check out other instruments. I went with the guitar, been playing for more than 5 years now and it is awesome! Specially when writing your own song. You could just play as a hobby, no need to be a rockstar, just appreciate it. If you are ahy, make sure to practice hard so you would have confidence when you need it, playing can not be perfected, learning in a lifetime. Start now, better than never.

The gift of music is not for everyone, not only has the talent to learn music,a lot of the time we can by virtue of their own efforts to do the things we used to think that we can't do.

a pleasant day to you gwngsh, with reference to your post, well, honestly speaking, i am a frustrated keyboardist learner. as i remember during my college days, i used to do it on a self-study basis, as we don't have an extra money for me to enroll in a music school. so i just decided to study it on my own. but as time goes by, i need to focus on my main college course so i give it up for a while. but i haven't find a time then to go back on the music lessons. until i forgot how to do it again. as a result, i was not able to continue my keyboard self study though.

I have learned the bamboo flute. It was a hard time for me at the beginning.Because it was so hard to make a sound. My teacher was so patient with me,he taught and showed me in person over and over again, and finally I made it.After times of exercise,I can play some simple composition. But now I no longer play that because of my busy work.

Learn a musical instrument is a good thing, at least in my opinion, it represents a kind of personal cultivation, and the pursuit of. If you can persist in learning, I think will be a very great things, even if you feel now, but later you will be for the specialty and proud!

I tried to learn how to play the piano. I got frustrated, gave up, and moved on. I kinda regret letting the frustration get to me. Then, I've secretly wanted to learn how to play the electric guitar and drums. What stops me--reading music.

Although I know how to play the piano/keyboard, still want to learn a new musical instrument like playing the guitar since I am the only one in the family that doesn’t know how to play the guitar. It’s in away knowing another skill and is quite helpful in terms of learning how to entertain through music.

I am frustrated to learn how to play a guitar. It was my dream before, to play guitar. I had my tutor before but unfortunately in the middle of the sessions of training me, he passed away because of his hidden illness. So I did not have that chance to learn how to play a guitar anymore. So frustrating.

I always want to learn to play the guitar, even just the guitar. One time, an acquaintance of mine did really her best to teach me, as to her, she learned playing it in their church and she wanted to share it. I was even convinced to attend their masses though my belief is a bit different from them, after all it is only Him we praise. But due to inevitable happenings, i quit. Don't get me wrong, i never quit learning the guitar, just learning it being taught by her. That was 2 years ago, up until now, the passion is still like before but I came to realization that if its not really meant to be, it can't be. Even just the basic of possessing fingers to fit on the guitar was a NO,NO. I had long fingers but never did fit to the chords, such a failure. But hey I had a guitar, I'm just really not a pro in playing it.

Dont give up on learning how to play a musical instrument. When I was a kid I had this influence from my father and elder sister to have passion for music. The first instrument I learned is guitar. I admit that it is not easy specially if theres no one who have time to teach you. All I got is a guitar chords guidebook and an old guitar. It takes months of practice to play guitar continuosly so I practice everyday. I really want it badly thats why I tried my best to learn by myself. Now, Im starting to learn keyboards and Im slowly memorizing the chords. I hope this advice will help you stick on to your dreams. Dont stop trying, just believe and put hardwork on learning to play musical instrument.
