I remember once I with my boyfriend journey to Shangri-la,Iwas playing by the river, want to pick up some beautiful stone, when I was to find the beautiful stone, suddenly found a snake in my feet,I was scared, and then jumped up, I'm afraid it would bite me,I hurried out of here, dare not go from there, but to find a relatively far away from there and not go way back,I do not know that snake is poisonous or not,but I have been afraid of snakes,so long as saw the snake I immediately run away, perhaps some people will think I'm some get excited over a little thing, but I'm afraid it will crawl bite me,so I always hide it.It seems that when we go to outdoor travel will encounter some poisonous or not poisonous things, you see these things to be afraid of?You travel and met some strange or dangerous thing?

I was walking in the bush with a group of friends on one of the island of the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. It was a hot day and we were enjoying the beautiful scenery. It was shocking that we had a snake come out from behind a rock. We rushed away from it feeling scared. We told the manageress of the youth hostel what the snake had looked like. She had told us its name and that it was a dangerous one. Oh my goodness and I am glad none of us got bitten by it. I have sometimes met with new experiences that I don't have in my home country. I traveled to South America with my son aged 5 and my daughter aged 3. In Chile we experienced two earthquakes. We were staying with a dear friend. I feel sorry that her country has earthquakes. She explained about the stronger earthquake the happened in 2010. In a town called Conception further south in Chile they had some buildings fell down due to that.

It's a good thing I've never encountered any snakes in the bush in Australia! I love doing bush walks there during my time there in Sydney. When I visited Curl Curl, I remember my friend did speak of bluebottles, the jellyfish, or in other words called the Portuguese Man of War because he found one during our beach walk. He said he did diving once and he got stung by it. Good thing I didn't swim that day!

It was such a shame your friend got stung by a Portuguese Man of War. I know on some Queensland beaches there is a stinging season with the Stinging Box Jellyfish. I have seen vinegar put on beaches for the benefit of anyone stung. Yes, we are very lucky.

Whatever we encountered,as long as we are safe, that means we are very lucky.

to be honest I can't remember that I met something strange (except for weird people who tried to rob me and think I didn't notice it) or something dangerous. I am not afraid of snake or crocodiles, my children neither. We have a snake ourselves. Sometimes we do see a snake outside if we open our door, taking a sunbath but it's mostly getting out of our way as soon as possible.

It is so cool.I have always thought that the man is bold who feed the snake,I can't even imagine how do you get along with it,and I would be worried about when we sleep,it will climb on my body, for me it is a terrorist, but the snake like your friends can tell you with eat to live, really admire you ah!

oh i do!!!! there is this one place where me and my relatives went to the wet market to buy something then suddenly a group of people were running into one place and started shouting. we were so curious and started to peek, then we saw two men fighting. another is when we were riding a Jeep, a young man about 16 of age was also in the same jeep. he was holding a plastic and starting sniffing it. all the people in the jeep was holding their purse and bags so closely and tightly then i asked my mom what is that guy, then she said that the guy is an addict.
