i've stareted a green diet and low calorie diet since october 2012. so far everything is going as planned. i set a goal to weigh at least 200ilbs by christmas and was weighing in at 213ilbs in oct. i tell you i worked hard on my urges and changed my way of eating with this low calorie diet. and i met my goal. now my new years resolution is to continue dieting and weigh 175lbs by june so i can go to the beach this summer and enjoy my skinny healthy life.i'll keep you updated. thanks miami206

great job... if you find your self getting hungry grab some celery or carrots. They seem to help with those hunger urges.. Good luck to you there...

I have been struggling to lose weight for a long time, and it seems like I have come to a standstill. I drink fruits and veggies everyday, and since I have only been drinking them for a litle more than a week, I haven't lost anything yet, but I hope that I do eventually, as I do need to lose weight desperately. I really would rather cut back on my eating, then diet as they just don't seem to work. Especially when diets are like yoyo's where the weight goes up and down all the time. I am glad I started drinking the fruits and veggies, as they are making me feel better. I drink one every morning for breakfast, with either toast, special K cereal, or eggs. I wish you the best in your continuing weigh loss, and take care.

you have to take it day by day.one day at a time. don,t rush in to it. just pretend your not on a diet, and think that those healthy foods are a regular everyday meal. just be strong to say no to all that food. tip: try following a low calorie diet ,if you have a smartphone theirs an app called (calorie counter) helps you keep track of your calorie intake. and research the internet for diets and antioxidants. helps a whole lot. thanks miami206

Good for you. And it sounds healthy, from the way you have changed your intake of food into greens. I am sure that with your new weight and body, you also become healthier. I wish I could also have some of your patience and discipline. I don't have that much of a weight problem but I am sure that I could use a few pounds off and a leaner body.
