My skin is normally very healthy combination type and I hardly had any skin issues. But its very sensitive and I have to take lot of care particularly if I am travelling. Recently I shifted to another city and I don't know what went wrong I got severe acne within 2 days. Maybe the climate or water here is not siting me. I don't remember if I took any wrong food or stuff to which I am allergic. I am using the same skin care products which I always use. I went to the skin care specialist and she suggested a antiseptic soap which is meant for acne control and some lotion. I hate medicines particularly chemical based lotions on my face. But I have no other alternative. And ever since I have started using those my condition has become more worse. I am so depressed and don't know what to do :(

adity5 i feel for you because ive issues with pimples before. But you know what you can try to use sunflower seed oil. Its what I am using to remove dark spots on my face and even other parts of your body like underarms or those with stretchmarks etc. Its made from natural ingredients only thats why its safer to use than soaps of ointments. You can check out humannature.com for more information regarding this product. I assure this really works! I want you to regain that confidence and dont give up on this problems youre facing... I know you can do it just try this product and youll see the changes... Always smile?

Drinking lots of water and eating lots of fresh fruits can help. My wife applies papaya juice to her face for about 15 minutes then wash it clean at least once a week. Her face is smooth, fresh and free from acne. Perhaps it also works for you.

Welcome to mylot lol Remember almost all girls and guys have the pimples at puberty, because of hormonal changes, just avoid oily food, soaps and never squeeze them, one can apply medicated cream that has aloe-vera and calendula in it.

Just eat a lot of fresh fruits. Drink a lot of pure drinking water. Take exercise half an hour daily. And no cosmetics at all. These will balance in your skin health. You may use some herbal beauty products prescribed by a skin specialist.

some type of weather make acne worse, depending on your skin type.try alot of natural therapy to assist your skin.find out what foods make it worse and avoid those, try take lots of water and do exercise, you can also try steaming your face,a friend who had acne used to boil water and lean over the hot water and cover her face with a towel, the steam would open her pores and reduce the acne.also try and avoid putting make up on your face and be very careful about cleaning your face if you get dusty or sweaty.be careful of the soap and lotion you use pricy doesn't mean its good find soaps made of natural herbs or of a mild nature.i hope one of these works for you.

adity... we're the same, but too much depression can't help to cure the acne in your face. Use the medicine that will fit for you and practice to drink purified water about 2.5 liters a day and then sleep early.

Acne is just so easy to resolve nowadays. Just look for a good dermatologist in your place and surely your problem will be resolved. It takes just few sessions and your acne problem will be gone. My son used to have acne problem but now no more ever since we found a good dermatologist for him. I hope you find one too.

I think it's in the food that you take as well. Stop fatty-oily foods, that will worsen the situation. Just always keep your skin clean, wash it twice a day. Avoid from dust/dirt.
