Can money buy happiness?

"The best things in life are free" & "Money can't buy happiness". We're listening these lines from decades. But today some people's mindset is changed. They say "Anyone who says money can’t buy happiness hasn’t experienced having enough to do so."
So, is it true? Can money buy happiness?

I think that money can buy self satisfaction, not happiness. It can buy you things you wished you had when you didn't have the money. Real happiness comes from putting out and doing for others. The warmth we feel from doing those things is true happiness.

I would say that different people find happiness in different things.Some people do not want for luxuary but are happy to cherish what they have, yet other strive for more of everything - this makes them happy. So, in this respect money would make them happy. Many take the view that wealth is a measure of success, and everyone wants to feel successful: money doesn't buy happiness as such but happiness seems to be a by-product of the satisfaction they feel from having money.
personally, I think that money isn't everything but it certainly can go a way to making you comfortable.

Hey thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i have always believed that money can get u luxury and all the posh things in the world but there is something that it can never buy i.e happiness. u might get a very stylish bed for u but u can never buy a good sound sleep. So whatever happens money can never buy happiness.
What say?
