Hi, I am back to Saudi and I'm glad to meet and see new and old faces, again. This old roomie was very sexy before I went to Pennsylvania. Now he's very fat and I can't stop telling him to lose weight.... do you tell your friend to lose weight sometimes? or is it just me? am i too noisy? i am sorry but i am very happy to be here again and be talkative lol as i haven't gotten much of activities to be done, at this stage lol with my company!

You can encourage your friend, if they have an interest in losing weight, but you cannot nag them into losing weight. That is rude and not helpful. Losing weight or a desire to lose weight, comes from the inside. I am glad you are happy to be where you are now.

oh i have a friend who is really obese, he is really fat, but i never got around to telling him to lose weight. =( i am afraid i might offend him because of that so i never tell anyone to lose weight.

i think that it was a trip that you told your friend he was getting fat. lol. i shouldn't be laughing either. i couldn't imagine telling my friend that. maybe he is depressed. i could understand you telling your friend something if it involves their health, but if they just put on a little weight, what does it matter?

I think there's nothing wrong to tell a friend to take care of his health. You know how people just get sick even if they were in perfect weight, how much more those who are overweight, right? A little concern won't hurt.
