I'm currently reading "A Game of Throwns." I'm only a third of the way through, but I am really enjoying it. I would recommend it. My next book I'm planning on reading is a Lincoln biography. What are you currently reading? What are you planning on reading next? Any good books to recommend?

I always read more than one book at the same time, so at the moment I am reading a couple of different books. One of them is collection of short stories by different authors. I know some of the authors already and some of them I have never heard about before. I don't like all of the stories in the book, but it is nice way to find new authors. If I find a story that I really like I look for other books by the same author. I am reading two non-fiction books. One of them is a book about zen buddhism and it contains poems and small stories or sentences. The other non-fiction book that I read is a book written by people with mental illnesses. They describe their lives and then book contains some of their diaries.

I am reading a cookbook. It is a vintage book from the 1940's and has little quips and chapter introduction from the author who collected old recipes from families. Even the recipes themselves are interesting and I love just reading ingredient lists with things we seldom if ever use anymore such as beef with marigolds. As for more reading style books I like to read the Elm Creek Quilters series, as well as The True Blood books and anything Stephen King.

I'm reading Winning Your Inner Struggles by Harold Sala. I'm at page 15 already and I think it's a nice book. Hope to finish it this week.

I'm currently reading a Japanese light novel translated to English language, Haruhi Suzumiya series, there are currently eleven volumes available and the story is still in progress. I'm all done with the 10 volumes, and I'm on my way to reading the 11th volume. I only started reading this series like 1 and a half week ago. It's really interesting, it's a slice of life and high school story with a twist of fiction and sci-fi. The story involves espers, time travelers, and aliens of human android interfaces...and I hope there'll be sliders too.

I am currently reading The Lovely Bones. I just finished two books shortly before I read this one The Christmas Sweater by Glenn Beck and For one more day by Mitch Albom. I liked both. They kind of mirror each other in some ways but I liked The Christmas Sweater the best out of the two. I am big on real life stories or biographies. I think if I were to recommend a book it would be Flowers in the Attic by VC Andrews which is not based on a true story that I'm aware of. It's a slightly disturbing book but really interesting. It's probably not for everyone but I really liked it. I want to read Ellen DeGeneres's Seriously I'm kidding next or maybe The Help. I finish books at a fairly rapid rate usually although I think The lovely Bones may take me a bit longer just because I've been busy lately.

I have been fond of reading since when I was a teenager. At present I am reading a book written on the characters of the Ramayana, the all time great epic in Sanskrit. At the same time I am studying Sanskrit so that I may read the epic in Sanskrit. After reading this book I would read some books on wild life. And thereafter I would like to read a book on the characters of another great epic, the Mahabharata.I have placed an order for this book.
