Uploading a profile Photo?

Hello guys, i'm new here, so i'm wondering how to upload a profile photo? I have already uploaded a photo but i can't seem to figure out how to put it as my profile picture. Or maybe somethings wrong with my laptop. Your help would really be appreciated for the innocent me. Thanks.
