Beautiful dress can build a lady courage and confidence

We've been neighbors for 30 years and I witnessed their children grow. They have a daughter who really make good on her study graduated as an honor stiudent but can't get a high paying job. She was a soft spoken but dress on an old passion way. I just wonder for my niece who is an ordinary college graduate but used to dressed beautiful dresses and is always updated of the new fashion on dresses. My niece who is her contemporaries was working as a manager and was never been hired as a clerk. One day there was a birthday party on my neighbor's home and my niece was one of those invited by them. The following days, I observed something different from my neighbor's daughter, she walk straight and looked very elegant on her beautiful dress.
It was half year later I heard news that their daughter was hired by a multi-national company with a very lucrative salary and is now driving her own car.

Sometimes physical appearance is important to have a self confidence.. feeling beautiful makes your aura beautiful as well thus reflecting it with actions and people will notice it in a positive way.. confidence means being able to represent ones self so how can you be able to represent yourself if you can't fixed the way you dress.. if you look smart then people will trust you.. dressing up is really important.. so we should dress for success..

Nice idea, I knew many people make well of your idea. Looking beautiful always defend mostly on who you are and how you valued yourself and to dress beautiful will aggravate the looks of you as a person.

There is no need to Always dress by the latest fashion. But what you wear should fit you as a person. Also you should feel comfortable in it. If you don't feel that way it will not look great on you or give you confidence at all. BTW people with confidence/self esteem can wear everything as if it's glamour design. Since confidence shows in the way you act, walk, speak, smile.

Nice suggestion, it is logical you must know who you are and express yourself well. Dressed is not always new but how? it was cut to fit you and made you elegant

I was wondering whether your niece gave the neighbour's daughter some pointers on what looks good on her and that helped. And maybe she would show her where to get good bargains on clothes. It did work. She got that job with the multi-national company.

You are right...I wish I had that kind of guidance. But even more, right at the time, I wish I had enough monies to manage the required style. As things stand...I had to always forego something...and it happened to be clothes...and yes, it pulled me down.

There's no problem about dress an money. Style is what fit you most and money you can do extra job to earn money there are many online job and you knew how to use computer so make used of it.

And its really true. A beautiful dress can build a woman's courage and confidence. I was very shy before but when I feel good because of what I wear, I feel so confidence and I think I can face anything. Isn't it good? :)
I'm very proud to girls who are like that. I mean, girls who can change themselves!

Well dress to impress. Isn't it nicer if you have the looks plus brains?? Of course If you wanna be on top , you should know how to be pleasing and get the confidence just by the way you dress. Almost people judge you the way how you look like. Even idf you do not have money in your pocket and you dresses well, Im pretty sure they will call you MAm. Show the world that you have the guts of being the top rank.

Here has a famous sentence: "clothes make the man". And many people here judge a person's social situation by his/her dress.
But in my eyes, it is not true. Usually people in common dress are more confident than those in good dress. But people here think people in good dress are richer and have a good sense of fashion.
To a young lady to find a good job, she should be well-dressed to act as she owns a good education. Jobs here are not require for quality but act as having quality.

I think it will help them to be comfortable and confident of theirselves. Woman are very conscious about their looks unlike men. Those who are not pron to wear ugly clothes might always see their looks on the mirror. once they wear a very nice clothes they are also proud to walk behind other people specially men.

The way a person makes himself presentable does affect a lot towards work. Coz dressing up smart would mean being interested and enthusiastic. While dressing up too conservative would mean there is a limit with the capabilities that one can show.

Wow, very inspiring story.. Yeah I think beautiful dresses can influence the aura of a lady and make her very successful. I guess your niece should be thankful for for that change aura or outfit of your neighbor. I am good when it comes to dresses and I am hoping that I would be like that also in the future. lol.

Wow...do you mean your niece was able to influenced your neighbor's daughter in the way she dressed? yes, that is true, that a dress can build self confidence to the woman. this is a woman speaking. but I could not say that it should be on the trend and new fashion. Even simple clothes, can be carried when the person has self confidence. Some new fashion clothes just don't matched other women. specially the dress nowadays. Again, as a woman yes, that it is very helpful to lift the confidence and self esteem.

I agree! When a woman dress nice clothes, it makes them feel confident about their selves. Because they feel that they are pretty for wearing those clothes. :)
