Wow how my Perez family has come a long way since xmas time.
They now are moving into
there own 2 bedroom apt. after 2 months in with their uncle.
Im so happy for them. I will give them a few more items like a kitchen table, couch and some other things. I wont need here, when I move.
The mom said they are moving in on march 1st.
So happy for them.
Both are working, kids are in school.
Life is great.
They just needed a little help is all.

yes, but not till july or aug. after house closes escrow here, and my dad retires.

You have been a big help for them. I am sure in time you will be rewarded over and over for this. Thank goodness these people had someone like you to help them out, and hopefully you can always keep in touch.

You see, I knew that would happen. I am real happy for them. I am glad they got their own apartment and the kids are in school. Thinks are looking up for them. See what a little incentive can do. It goes a long way. And that is priceless.

Yes you did, they now both work full time jobs, kids are in school and alls well for them. Ive very happy for them.

You have a heart of gold my dear friend, you have done so much for them, I hope you feel a sense of accomplishment and pride seeing them come so far and now settled in their apartment. My son talked to them on the phone, as I took day off in cafe. he knew them as well. And he was crying when they told him how much his mama had done for them. Made me feel really good.

It wasnt much I did, but it helped get them that first step they needed. They did the rest. God bless..
