So I am on my path to a slimmer self. Its very important that I do this because I carry all of my weight in the abdomen, I'm told this is a dangerous area. When I go to work out I get terrible back pain which deters me from going more often. But I'm going tonight to kickboxing its a good mix of exercises. I may also get a pass to the YMCA to mix it up. Have you seen any sort of back support for big bellies? This would help me. Now I'm making some chicken, and I might have carrots and apples with it. So yummy and healthy! I have an appt with my doctor to talk about my back pain sometimes it goes numb.

I started working during the week at night, so it cut out some days I could go! I have to really stick to the schedule even if I am tired because I wont be able to get the workout in some other time.

I would be sure I am wearing a good exercise bra first and foremost. Kickboxing might be alittle rough for someone with a hefty middle to start out with. I would be doing some exercises to strenthen your back. That big ball seemed to be something my trainer was big on too. The YMCA would be great choice because they would also provide a trainer that you could talk to and see what they might advise you to start out doing. They had me on a exercise bike and doing some very specific exercises to begin with. Also in my community they have a sliding scale for people to be able to afford the YMCA. You might ask them about that.

One tip I learned while jogging(in another life I jogged 7.5 miles a day)is to take a aspirin(Tylenol, advil or whatever) before you start your workout.

Yes I just got a new bra, it was one of my favourites so i grabbed it. Tried it out tonight at kickboxing and I find that the jumping can be hard on my back so I do a modified routine. Everyone has there different things they change. But punching and kicking I enjoy as a martial artist (in another life it seems, I did karate) so it feels great to do that. Right now by back isnt sore though I could feel it coming on if we did more than 1hr. So I think mixing it up, maybe more cardio because that will really get the fat away. Student price at the Y ! it should be low enough and worth it too. :)

You are making some chicken , carrots and apples with it, it sure sound like you are having a very yummy and healthy meal tonight. Well; Good for you ! Yes, you don't need to carry all of your weight in that abdomen, it is dangerous to do that, just remember to work more on the big belly of yours every day, not the chicken or carrot, OK!!

In your quest for becoming slimmer, please note that you need to control diet.If you are careful with you diet and take more protein and less carbohydrates, the fat in your body would reduce. One of the first areas of reduction will be your face and abdomen. So diet control would help you in reducing the abdomen size.Once the size decreases then your back pain will also decrease.Currently i think the problem with you back is because muscles are not able to support your belly size.Perhaps it also could be also because of the muscles or nerves in that areas has some issues. You could check with physician with you like to.Now,one easy way to reduce weight in you abdomen is to walk atleast 2 mile a day without increasing any thing in your current diet.If you are able to achieve that consistently in 2-3 weeks, then things will change. Its ok even if you walk with taking breaks. For back support and things, it would be better to consult the doctor. They would be able to guide the exact requirement for your back as needed. And kickboxing is great.Appreciate your efforts.Looking forward to hearing great results from you.Wish you all the very best. Thanks!
