Giving Up on Work Online Even Though I Want to Stay

My mom does not want to pay an internet bill anymore even though I really want to work online. So I was thinking of giving up on work online too. There is nothing I can do. My only concern is how would I earn money? I also did give up finding a job outside from home because no one hired me and the money I spent on commuting from back and forth is useless. I always got rejected and my mom would always complaining about money all the time if I would ask her to give me a money for applying a job.
It is also obvious that she does not want me to work outside from home. I am only a first year college. Another is I do not want to wear uniforms when going to work. I want a job that no uniform is required. I like being an animator, but I did not finish my study on graphic design fine arts.
My happiness is ruined I guess. My sister got a job. My two brothers have a job too. My younger brother is just finishing his thesis and then, he would look for a job. I am the only one left with nothing to do at home.
They would earn money with their own job while me, well, I stuck at home thinking what will happen to me in the future.

You should continue your studies.. I think that is my first solution to your problem..I think you should talk to your mom and tell to her everything, your feelings about your future, you will surely understands you and will do something to support you with your career .

It is so difficult to continue my studies if I do not have any money at all. My mom does not have money too. If she have money, well, her money is only for a food. My dad is the one who gave money to my mom, but sometimes she did not receive any money from him.

When you don't have your own internet connection you are in a vulnerable position because don't make the decision about keeping or giving up the internet connection. In your situation I think that would try to find a way to pay my own internet bill. When you do that you are in charge and you will be able to continue your online work as long as YOU choose.
Don't give up, keep looking for an offline job 
I have been in your situation. I got a lot of rejections and I wasted money on commuting, but eventually I found a job. Sometimes we have to be open for every option. If you decide that you don't want a job where you have to wear a uniform you might prevent yourself from finding a job. Try to look at the job options with an open mind. I think that a job where you have to wear a uniform is better than no job (and no money) at all. Good luck. I hope that you find a solution.

If you want to continue working online, I guess you should tell your mom that and take the responsibility of paying the bill.
I don't have anything against online job because it's good and pays well but I believe it really is more interesting when you get to be in a real workplace, with real people. And it's also healthy for you to go out from your home and meet other people. Finding employment is really difficult nowadays since competition is stiff and lots are also looking for one but if you really look harder I think there is one that would fit you. Or even if it doesn't really fit you, if you're hired then maybe you should give it a shot. Still, the decision is yours to make. Or you could try going back to school.

I already did tell her. I told her that if ever I earn money from online-a good money then, I will be the one who pay the internet bill, but the money I receive here in myLot is not enough and I am still new from FanBox and so, I do not have money yet to pay my own internet bill.
In school, I do not have money to go to school. We had this financial crisis and so, I stop studying.

Are you still a student? Sorry I did not fully understand. I think the best to do now is you are not suppose to choose what jobs now. I mean you have to earn many experience, learn more skills and upgrade all your credentials for you to choose the job that you really want. If the uniform at work is the problem and not the job itself, I guess it's still up to you? Are you going to be a bum or work with those uniforms? Just my two cents! Have a nice day!

I stop studying. I am only a first year college. The reason why I stop because I do not have money to pay for my enrollment fee. I relly on work online to pay for my enrollment fee, but I failed and so, I decided to stop my schooling. What I did is just to work online for extra income.
Yes, you are right. Maybe it is better not to be choosy and look for a job that requires uniform rather than to stay at home and not to have money at all.

I don't think it is right that you will just allow this thing to happen. Why? How many months since you started working online? Were you not able to find a good site to work with? Perhaps you can evaluate what you have done in the previous months to see whether it is possible if you will be the one to pay the internet bill.
If ever this is not possible, don't give up in finding a job. Search within your area so your mother will not be complaining about the fare.
If you think you can, you can. But if you think you can't , you're right.

I found one. FanBox.com, but I am still studying how it works. I want to learn that site step-by-step. I am just starting out on that site and I want FanBox to be my source of income to pay my internet bill. I am staying here on myLot for the extra income while I am studying FanBox.
I think if I have no internet connection, I would look for a job to earn money and after that, I go back in working online.
Anyway, thank you. I will try to look a job within my area so that my mom would not complain anymore about the fare. You gave me an idea. Thank you again.

Maybe you can use the money you earn online to pay for your own Internet connection? If it is really what you want to do, you shouldn't give up on it. Dont give up on yourself introvertshy. To love yourself is to do what you want.

I realized that I should not give up. Even though I want to pay my own internet bill, I still can't do it because the money is not enough. I am only here at myLot.com and I have FanBox, but I am still studying how it works. I do not have money yet from FanBox.

Today, I finally decided to give up trying to earn an online living, I've been doing it for years, affiliate marketing and I find that I spend too much time for too little gain, also being scammed a lot doesn't help the finances, so I admit I have failed, and it's time to find a job offline, trouble is we have mass unemployment in my country and it's not going to be easy to get a job, but making a few cents each day does not help pay bills.

Oh yes. That is why I sometimes hesitate to find a job because it is difficult to find a job. I have already been rejected more than twice in a call center. Maybe my english is not good enough especially when it comes to accent, but what can we do? Offline job really helps us pay the bill.

If you give up on-line work, you'll have zero ways to make money. As you don't want a real life job. Have you considered offering to pay for the internet at your house or explaining to your mom that it's the only way you have to earn money. Perhaps that will help.

I have already did tell my mom that the only way I earn money is through work online, but she told me that she did not have money anymore. I have not yet earn money for paying internet bill from work online and though I already receive payment, well, it is still not enough

I think you just have to be open to different opportunities. Don't let worry consume much space in your head. Just believe that someday you may be able to earn money and help pay for the internet. Remember that this hardship is just temporary.

I guess you should try finding a job offline for a while. You can always get back to online money making as soon as the situation gets better. Your mom will definitely support you financially while you look for a job. You can also ask help from your siblings. You can even tell your mom that you would repay her after you get a descent job. As soon as you start earning, you can go back working online again.
Though if you are already earning ENOUGH money online, I guess you should make your mom understand that you need internet connection to continue your online job. Tell her that you will pay for the bill since you are earning. But if your earnings are not enough, getting a REAL, offline job is the only option you have. If you worry about the future that lies ahead of you, it just means that your situation right now is not enough for a bright future. Get out of that situation. Make a move to change your life for the better.

Thank you. I was thinking about real offline job. I think offline job will help me to survive. I just do not know where to start especially that I am only a first year college, but I find a way.

I'm sorry to hear that nothing seems to be working in your favor at the moment. But maybe you can lower your standards and try to blend in when looking for a job? Remember, you are the one that needs it, not the other way around. For example, if the job that you can get requires you to wear a uniform and you don't want it, why not give it a try first. I think in your situation, apparel is the least of your worries. Thats the company's policy, there's nothing you can do about it but follow or move along to somewhere else. At this point, you can't afford to be too choosy, especially that an immediate family is not too keen on supporting you still.
Just something to think about.

Oh. Thank you. I am thinking about that. Maybe I was too choosy. You are right. Maybe I try to wear uniforms. Maybe the uniform that I would wear at job would look good on me if ever I got a job, ha ha

Oh that is so sad especially that you are already earning . Why don't you do a sideline job so you can pay your internet ? Don't ask money from mom so she won't get mad anymore. Also why don't you finish your course so you can find a better stable and lucrative work. You're still young , very long way to go . many chances that awaits. keep on working on then , don't stop one day all your happiness will be realized.

I did not finish my course in college. It is because I do not have money to pay for my enrollment fee. It is fine if I would apply a sideline job, my only concern is that how much money will I spend in riding a jeep, lrt or bus from home? Applying a job is complicated, but still, I try if mom would give me money.
She always complain about money and so, I hesitate to ask her about money.

Today is February 17, 2013, which is Sunday. Two days and the internet bill due is on February 19, 2013 which is Tuesday. I would find a way even though I do not know what to do.

It is fine if I always got rejected as long as I still have money to spend on jeep and on bus. Its a waste of money if I keep applying a job but got rejected. How I wish there is free here on this earth. What I know is that there is no charity here on earth I guess.
