Tunnel Vision

So the past 4 days I have been getting tunnel vision and it's not fun when I get them. They last for about 5mins and it happens in both eyes. I finally went to the doctors yesterday and I got a carotid ultrasound done, I should get results of that tomorrow. I also went to the eye dr for an exam and they did a bunch of test. I did 2 different scans, a visual test and a angiogram. Everything came back normal. They are thinking I have occular migraine or circulation problem. Their sending a report to my doctor and then go from there. I hope they figure out because ever since the tunnel vision for the past 2 days I been dizzy and blurred vision. It's been hard working this way but I can't call off. My doctor put me on new medicine it's called topiramate it's supposed to help prevent migraine, supposed to start taking it twice a day starting today. So far it hasn't worked but I only been taking half a pill for 2 days and today I start a full pill. But I'm hoping they figure out my issue soon because I'm tired of not feeling good and not being able to see normal. It's hard to sleep when you feel this way and I am over tired as well. Have you guys ever heard of this or know of anyone that has this? What did they do for it? There's many causes of why you get tunnel vision so that's why they did all these test for me because I have a heart condition. I'll keep you guys updated soon as I know more information.
