When we are getting old our digestive power becomes weak. If our digestion i s not good then we have to face many health problems. Different diet habits and behavioral mistakes tends to weaken our digestive system. Taking intake of food more than enough, eating more sweet or milk products, oily food, stale food etc are bad habits of diet. not taking food in proper time, mental stress, tensions,, not going to toilet in time, fear or sadness also adds to make our digestive system weak. So we should take care of our health because health is wealth. Everyone knows all these things but it just to remind you.

I seldom get diarrhea caused by indigestion. But usually, i would have flatulence and would fart with some little sound. So when i feel like farting i would really control and and hurry to the comfort room.

What you said were all true. And just to add to that. Older people should need to be more cautious on the right kind of food that they take. They should eat food rich in fiber which aids in proper digestion.

Each person is different. Our bodies all have sensitivities and these have to be watched. There are ways to strengthen our bodies and the digestive system is something that is very important. Taking care of it from an early age is important too and will probably keep it healthy longer.

I have just started drinking water with soaked lemon fruit and cucumber. I got it from my officemates who also do the same. What we sliced 1 lemon fruit and 1 cucumber and placed them in a pitcher of water. I drink from this and every time I drank, I replaced water to the slice fruits and I am supposed to throw these after five or six days.

Hi, We should apply all the tips given above in 35-40years range. But the people of such age doesn't have weak digestive power. So they can eat some food which is hard to digest. They should avoid more intake of salt. they should avoid overeating of fast food. We all know the disadvantages of eating fast food. Balanced diet keeps everyone fit and fine.
